This superb detached property is situated close to the town of Barmouth and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Arnant is a large modern detached property nestled close to the town of Barmouth and offering sensational views of both the countryside and the seaside. With 3 large, spacious bedrooms all with TVs, this property sleeps up to 6 people and is equipped with a downstairs bathroom and upstairs shower room. Alongside this is a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable sitting and dining area, an upstairs veranda and a conservatory. Outside guests will find off-road parking and an enclosed patio area which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying tasty BBQs on hot summer evenings. This holiday home prioritises comfort, practicality and above all spaciousness for all guests; and due to its beautiful location and fantastic views, the Arnant is perfectly suited to large families and groups of friends looking to escape to the Welsh countryside in style.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hairdryers in all bedrooms, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and two stairgates. Off road private parking for 3 cars. Patio garden with furniture and first floor balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shops, pub, restaurant and harbour 6-8 mins walk. Note: Children are to be supervised due to the glass balcony.
