For the negative... Upon arrival, there were things the cleaning service totally missed... food on the pantry floor, prior renter’s hygiene items in bathroom drawer, hair on the stove, etc. The master bath toilet was loose on the floor. All of this was reported to property management, but they did not respond.
The outside has mold and mildew build up.
The floors and outside of this home needs professional cleaning.
