Family villa turned out to be a 2 bedroom House 😍🥰
Super location, great facility

Fair prices and overall clean
New showers in the bathroom would improve the hotel

We went to Candidasa and surrounds to inspect eight places for stay of two weeks of peaceful rest and healing. Dasawana came up on top. There are only 9 units, each one discreetly positioned behind trees and shrubs. The gardens are well-tended. The staff were so helpful and kind. The food from the restaurant was cooked fresh and delicious. It is centrally located with two nice cafes just outside the gates and larger restaurants on the seashore in comfortable walking distance. We will stay here for our planned extended rest and relaxation.
The property is on an incline and several steps have to be negotiated to reach the rooms and the pool. Perhaps a way can be found to make sure those steps are not too slippery.

secluded but within walking distance to village. very peaceful. the two bedroom Villa was perfect, very spacious and had all you would need including kitchen & water cooler. Breakfast was very good.
Nothing at all. Although there are quite a few stairs up to the Villa for little ones.

They helped us hire a scooter. The villa was very large and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. Very spacious place.
The kitchen lacked a blender and the utensils were not clean. We had to wash everything before cooking.

It is a lovely place with a beautiful story behind it.
The staff was so kind, and Sutama was exceptional, making my stay there unforgettable.

We rented a villa for 4 people. It was huge! It had a nice sitting room, a kitchen with a water cooler and a big refrigerator, bathrooms in each room, working ACs, and a nice balcony area. The resort has a clean pool and a very nice staff. We even got a free dinner. When my husband felt sick, they called an ambulance.
There is 1 winery store nearby where you can buy butter, cheese, sour cream, and pasta. A couple of people sell eggs, potatoes and tomatoes. Markets sell trash food, and there is no cafes to eat in, and no Grab to deliver food. There is a great Earthbound spa I used to go to instead 😅
Wi-Fi didn’t work from the beginning. It was crucial since we work remotely. After the complaint, they changed it completely, but it was still working so poorly that we had been using mobile data.
A socket near our bed didn’t work and was dangerously hanging from the wall.
The boiler turned out to be quite small for a family villa: if 1 person has just taken a shower, the other will do it under the cold water.
Gas stove was without lighter, and the kitchenware was completely outdated: scratched, burnt pans and pots that are neither pleasant nor handy to cook with. I came to the restaurant to ask for the newer ones, and saw a huge pile of the same and worse.
The proper 2-sided duvet cover was not provided. Meaning, you have a sheet you have to cover with, put a not necessarily clean blanket above, and hope that by the morning, they won’t be a mess given that you sleep not alone. Either you clean the blankets with every cleaning, or provide hygienic duvet covers.
Finally, the beach. There is none. There is a very nice, I’d say, embankment, with a very rocky shore that is several kilometres long. It is impossible to swim in, just look. Taxis are everywhere, very annoying, shouting to take you to some other beach.

Everything. The vibe, lovely stagf, the beautiful garden, clean swimming pool, nice food, quiet place with good AC.
Everything was great.
4.5
Nice pool, good size room, beautiful gardens, good and reasonably-priced breakfast.
Location is close to the sea and lots of bars and restaurants. Best beaches are a little further up the coast but there are some good bits of sea nearby too.
Reasonable price for the room.
Plenty of pool towels which was great!
We kept getting electrocuted when we plugged in or unplugged items! Not ideal...
350-400k for a v short fishing boat trip arranged by the hotel is rather pricey!
Would have liked more pillows ideally.

Great pool, and spacious 2 bedroom Villa. Stunning gardens, monkeys in my villa garden. Restaurant on site.
It's quirky and eccentric, but quite run down. Some paint and repairs are needed.

Beautiful room and pool. Nice restaurant on site. Close to restaurants
Monkeys behind the property. Gardens are full of lovely flowers.
Some things need fixing eg doors and paint.

Nice room quite dated but everything acceptable good location and friendly and helpful staff. The food I had from the restaurant was good especially the satay and was a fair price
Stained sheets on arrival but changed immediately, kettle provided but no tea or coffee?TV in room but not functioning,no water in the morning had to shower in another room!but manager had it fixed after awhile, monkeys had broken the pipe.......This place has been closed for 2 years I guess they are still getting it sorted out, overall I had a nice stay and the staff were very helpful and quick to solve the issues I had

It was OK for pice/comfort :) Nice big pool for a swim, quite and big place. Also the location was nice and everything was close, beach, shop, bar....
I did not like the windows to my room where everyone was able to see me sleeping and I needed to close the blinds to my room :D

Standalone single- or double-room houses, lush garden, cozy pool area. Rooms have it all like fridge, electric teapot, terrace sofa and lamps, hairdryer and even a floor scale. Dining place has a huge library.
Night hear a bit sounds from the restaurant if you stay close to it

The pool is good. Our daughter were very happy.
We came in the middle of pandemic situatiom when there is no tourists. Only 1 or 2 rooms occupied beside us. We can't blame that the restaurant not open for lunch and dinner, altough we would like to try the meals. Will be back next time.

- 24/7 reception even in pandemic times
- super equipped rooms that could be good even for a ling term stay (kitchenette, coffee, umbrellas, separate bath and pool towels, electricity socket multipkiers, 3 types of lamps for different lighting levels, even floor scales!)
- amazing lush garden
- clean pool
- huge library in the restourant
Entrance is a bit hard to find at night, but just a bit.

Really nice staff, beatiful cozy property. The rooms were nice and big.
It could have been cleaner, there was dust and toilet could be cleaner. The water in the shower didn't run away when showering (the water went up to the ankle).
