Superb

Hotel was old, the location was good, in Old town in the quiet street, from our room there was a sea view. Workers tended to be very helpful. It was nice. Breakfast was good, most of all I liked that a natural juice you could take from the machine. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Wi fi in the reception was free, but in the rooms you have to pay 5 lev per day for one division. And about that wasn't written in booking.com :(

Very good hotel

Very good hotel in a good spot, next to everything but in a quite place. The personnel were very kind, the room was alright and the breakfast amazing.

Beds could have been more comfortable.

Location is good, but the rest is sub-par

The location is good, and breakfast is included.

They try to nickel and dime the customers. We were forced to pay cash under the pretense the card machine doesn’t work. They asked us to pay for Internet in the room, even though the booking was for free Internet (in fact offered only in the lobby). The sink in our room was 90% clogged. The shower was separated by the sink snd toilet bowl by a curtain. No information about parking options provided in advance.

- We had to pay for Wi-Fi in the room. We only found out when we got there... - The bathroom was very small and had a shower curtain in a corner... Right next to the door... - The staff was rarely available

Exceptional

Very favourable location in the Ancient town but quiet, with sea view and splendid sunset location. Room equipped with a convenient small working table which was important for me. Stuff was extremely suppotive throughout our stay and in afterservice, as our forgot item was quickly sent to us by post.

Wonderful location, beautiful view. Near to the Old city center, very convenient parking at two minutes walk. Very supportive and polite staff. Everything was just perfect. Thanks!

Comfortable

Close to the main parking in Old Nessebar, 5 min by foot to main attractions. Nice breakfast room. Comfy beds, direct sea view.

Seaview room in historic district

Seaview room with large door-windows opening to porch-like atmosphere. Clean room, bathroom and hallways. Very nice staff. Restful seaside environment and historic sites within walking distance all around the peninsula.

Staff mentioned you have to pay for wifi in room? No two chairs in room to enjoy porch-like seaviews. The parking wasn't the greatest - at the entrance you have to inform the staff in the parking lot where you will eventually park that you want to drop off your bags at the hotel, not the jackass at the gate hut where you actually go through to then get the hotel.

Very poor quality breakfast, apartment it not a real one , on the extensibile couch you can't sleep properl. To be asked to pay 5 leva to have wifi jn the room is something that you do no think it os possible nowdays, yet it is.

Very good

The hotel was great! It was very clean, in a great central location in the Old Town, and the room itself had a wonderful atmosphere and a small terrace. There's also a restaurant which we didn't get to try but maybe next time.

The beds were too soft, and we couldn't sleep comfortably. I'm sure it would be fine for other people though. We just have some back problems so we can't blame the hotel for having beds most people would consider comfortable.

Very nice old town, nice and kind people, the hotel has the face to the sea, clean and comfortable room, air-conditioning.

A wonderful stay in Nesebr

The location is wonderful. The room had a nice sea view. The buffet breakfast was really good and substantial. The beds are not soft which is very comfortable to me, I had a really good sleep.

Wi Fi is free only on reception area, to use it in the room you have to pay 5 lv per one devise. I did but it didn't work on my Linux laptop (which I bought it for because I had to work) but the property didn't get my money back (they said it was a problem of my laptop, not the problem of their internet). The room was relevantly clean but they could use a swipe or two under the beds. The things in the room are quite old, one of the lamps didn't work, but generally everything was good.

Other hotels on the island provide complimentary bottles water. This might be a good idea particularly in the higher end rooms.

Beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff

The staff was incredibly pleasant and the hotel was located in a great spot with beautiful views towards the sea. The breakfast buffet was very good and the room was beautiful and clean.

The drain in the shower was not so fast.

Wonderful Stay ! We would definitely come back !

The breakfast was excellent, with various types of food including fruits, cookies and little gems. I would recommend the breakfast to anyone who looks for a good start of the day.

The rooms are not so big. They could be more spacious in the front of the bed between bed and fridge and TV. Also a balcony would be a plus. Anyhow, the sunrise and sunset are just perfect from the french balcony.

Simply amazing stay

Location is simply amazing, hotel is facing a sea side having a great view of sunny beach, Its located on actual island so all historical sites restaurants and other beauties of Nessebar are just around it. Rooms are surprisingly big, with balconies.

There is really nothing to complaint.

Very recommendable, because the hotel is in a house that perfectly with the atmosphere in Nesebar

The location is ideal: beuatiful view, but not at a noisy street. Also the odl town beach is at 5 min walking

some more space outside for having breakfast
