True gem in the heart of Old Nessebar

The Hotel is situated in the Old Town that makes it a true gem! You can watch Old Nessebar from your window while lying on your bed, and reach the best parts of the town easily. It is in a zone accessible with a special entry permit, but you can go in with your reservation papers for a short time to leave your luggage and you'll need to park your car in a payparking area not too far. Hotel has spacious apartments with a small fridge, air conditioning (needed!). It has a stylish and fresh furnishing and bathroom, but still has the atmosphere of an old building. We loved it.

It would have been nice to know how to get in by car, where exactly to park and what the rules for parking and entering the area are.

They confirmed by message that the room is on the top floor and we end up in a room where you can see the cars from underneath while looking through the window . In that room you actually feel like you are in a jail, with the metal bars fitted on the windows.They told us the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they can do….off course .The reservation was made two weeks before so there was time for planning from their side .

I'm pleased, definitely the cleanliness was on the level. It wasn't very noisy and it was nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great. Parking is nearby.

After 19:30 very often there was no hot water and we had to bathe with lukewarm/cold. There is no direct sea view. In general, the price for what you get is jointly high, there is not even breakfast included.

Amazing experience! We would not even look at another hotel for our next trip to Nesebar.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Friendly staff, beautifully remodeled facility, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful view in a tucked away location - central yet quiet. In one word: serene!

Wi-Fi sometimes did not go out to the Internet, but the place was so beautiful and tranquil that a spotty connection hardly mattered to us.

Great vacation

I can definitely recommend this hotel. The location is great coz you are near to all attractions and it takes just a few minutes to get to the beach. It is a small hotel so you will most probably know the owner and the cleaner personally, and they will give you the feeling of visiting your Bulgarian relatives)) I got very fast response to all my requests. Prepare to be woken up by the seagulls if you sleep with the open window, but in fact this sound just belongs to the Nessebar's authenticity))

hotel is in heart of old town. that all good about this villa/hotel.

From friday to monday no personnel to help. No toilet paper. Air condition was old and noise. No amenities in room.

Superb

The location was perfect. Steps from the hustle and bustle of the old town yet quiet and cozy. It is right behaind the only functioning church in town and it was lovely to hear the bells in the morning. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were able to even park our small car right infront. The stuff was polite and friendly. It was a very pleasent stay for our family. We will keep the hotel in mind for futere visits and recomend it to others.

The internet connection was weak. They need a router on the floor. Also I booked rooms with sea vew but we just had a small terace. It was not a significant problem, and I believe it was Booking.com fault for incorrect advertising.

Nice location, but not meeting the expectation for money

The hotel is quite recently renovated and close to the beach. It is also close to restaurants and other locations..

The service was not as expected. The reception is open between 9-18 ( we were called and somehow put to the corner for being late for checking in, even if we were respecting the schedule from booking) . We were told we can't keep the car in the single parking place of the hotel, yet another 2 cars were kept there for days. The daily cleaning started on the third day, when other guests arrived. We were closing the hotel door in the evening and opening it in the morning :)) The room (apartment) was not fully equipped, some of the items were asked at the reception. The 3rd bed is fitting a skinny 12 year old, but it bends in the middle. It is not for 2 people. Somehow the service does not meet the value paid.

Exceptional

I liked the location in old Nesebar. It is 3 - 5 minutes from the beach, from some amazing cute restorants and adorable cafes. The staff is polite and very nice. The apartment was clean and cozy. Would come again with my family for sure.

Exceptional

Beautiful arrangements in the whole hotel. The rooms are not large, but the smallest (401) has a gorgeous terrace! And the people in the hotel complete a great experience in a great and unique resort! You can drink a good coffee at the hotel's reception, and the hotel's restaurant is 50 m away.

Very good

I was very happy with staff and the hotel itself. But the location (old Nesebar) is not to my taste. Distant Disco music until 5am, overpriced restaurants. If this is your style then Prince Cyril is perfect. Go for the terrace

Exceptional

The room is cozy and has amazing tarrace with stunning view! The service is very nice and helpfull. We had wonderfull stay in Nessebyr and we will recomend this hotel to our friends!

The bathroom without shower curtain was a bit uncomfortable.

Passable

The building, the room are exactly as they were presented on the site. It was clean, with a nice view, close to the sea, close to the beach Buna. The area is very quiet.

Unfortunately, the first day we arrived, we had a small incident that spoiled a little bit our staying. After we arrived to the hotel, the first day, we left the room for 3-4 hours in the evening. When we came back we found the light turned on and the locker of our luggage forced, like someone tried to open our suitcase. Nothing was missing, but only the thought that someone wanted to open the suitcase is irritating me. I felt very disappointed. People think that tourists, because they dont speak the language, that we are stupid and they mock at us. We know perfectly the way we left the room and the suitcase. Those who work in this field have to understand that this place is our home for several days and we need to feel safe as we have our personal things ar their disposal. I feel sorry for the nice lady from the reception, who was very kind. But this situations should be fixed.
