About this apartment rental

Apartment Maia is a modern 3 bedroom property (all bedrooms ensuite) in central Briancon.

The property is a 2nd-floor penthouse with beautiful mountain views from oversized velux windows in almost every room. Look across at the ski lifts, pistes, the UNESCO forts & look up into the night sky directly from your double bed.

The apartment's living area decked out in a handsome larch floor is completely open plan perfect for entertaining with families or friends and has a hip Mayan (Mexican) decoration - hence the name Apartment Maïa. There is a dining table with 6 chairs, fully equipped american kitchen and even raclette & fondu machine.

There are three bedrooms all ensuite, which is unusual for apartments of this size. It means you won't have to share a bathroom. Two masters bathrooms are beautifully made with large rain showers in a fake marble setting. One has a bluetooth speaker integrated in the showerhead. There is also an additional WC with large LG Washing Machine & Samsung Dryer for any damp & sweaty clothes. We have also installed towel warmers for that luxury feel. The ski slopes are walking distance at 350 metres away, and secure parking is possible 50 metres away for about 20€/week. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops, bakeries, ice-cream parlour are all but next door.

You have access to the roof garden with jaw-dropping panoramic mountain views and has summer garden furniture and gas BBQ. There is storage for skis, snowboards, bikes, and kayaks in the ski room or up on the roof terrace.

The apartment has been recently fully renovated and has all mod cons - Sky TV, French Satelite, plasma TV, and bluetooth sound. There are also family games, and a printer if you need to print out plane tickets.

We have provided all the facilities necessary to make an amazing mountain holiday be it summer or winter so come and enjoy Serre Chevalier valley from the comforts of your own private hotel.

A great place to stay for a group of friends. 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of these with full ensuite and the 3rd with a shower in the room and toilet nearby. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with view to the south. Well-equipped. On the 2nd floor with no lift. Access by keycode. There are plenty of places to park for free within a 10 min walk - or paid parking nearby. Off-loading outside only. Easy to find! We were here for skiing but it would be a great place to stay in the summer too!

Apartment has everything, comfortable for 3 single travellers or 3 couples. Top floor means quite a lot of stairs to climb and it was very hot but the weather was mid 30's. Could do with blinds on living area velux window or air conditioning..... terrace is down two flights of stairs. Some traffic noise as on main road in centre of town. Other than that very nice accommodation.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The apartment is beautiful and had everything you need. The location is incredible for access to the ski slopes, bars, restaurants and my favourite, the huge supermarket. Thanks to Rumble and Josephine for another awesome break

What a great place to spend a few days in the Serre Chevalier. Close to the restaurants/shops of Briançon and slopes in the neighbouring town! Everything you could ask for in an apartment, including fondue and raclette set. Would definitely make a return visit.

Delighted. Happy. Impressed. We spent a few nights in these tastefully decorated apartments in the heart of Briancon town centre and they absolutely ticked all the boxes. The location of these three stunning apartments is unbeatable: located in the heart of Briancon, a beautiful town with a good range of quality local amenities and facilities, the apartments are just a stone’s throw from the Serre Chevalier Ski lifts. Every morning before snowboarding, we would sit together, eat breakfast and take in the beautiful views. The apartments are very spacious and well equipped, which makes them ideal for those, who are travelling in a group or with a family. Light and airy, each one of the apartments is tastefully furnished and boasts stunning views over the mountains across the valley. I would like to thank the owners, who made us feel very welcome. This is an excellent base for skiing in Briancon. We will certainly be back!

Stayed in the Maia apartment for a week and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or come back again. It's a great base for skiing in Serre Chevalier and perfectly located for some really great bars and restaurants. See you next season!

My friend and I had a great last minute holiday. The apartment was everything we hoped for. It was situated in the centre of Briancon close to all amenities. The apartment itself was clean and more spacious than I felt the photographs portrayed. We would definitely stay here again

Gorgeous, cosy apartment with breathtaking views

Beautifully appointed apartment, cosy and bright with all mod cons. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who made us very welcome. Would really recommend all three of these apartments for groups of friends holidaying together, especially with children. You can all have your own space but get together easily to eat and socialise in the evenings. We'll be back!

The manager was there on arrival and gave a quick but thorough intro to the apartment. The loft apartment is truly stunning, with views of the mountains from skylights providing loads of natural light. Three double bedrooms and three bathrooms meant no hanging around for a shower. well equipped kitchen and big dinning area. this apartment provided more than enough room for 5 of us. really well located for lists and also the several bars of the town centre, we'll definitely be back next year.

Rumbles apartment is quite, spacious and light with some amazing views of the Alps. It is also in the centre of town which is great for going to bars, restaurants and shops. It is a 4 minute walk to briancon's main ski lift. He has really thought of everything with this apartment and I will definately be coming back! Thanks again rumble for a great stay. James

We stayed in Apartment Klimt with our two children in early February and had the best holiday in utmost comfort. Not only were conditions on the mountain absolutely perfect, we also had the good fortune to be staying in this beautiful apartment with stunning views and all mod cons. The bathrooms and kitchen were extremely well appointed, the beds comfortable and the wood burning stove was the icing on the cake. Klimt has everything you need for a luxurious self catering holiday and we will definitely be back. The owners were also a pleasure to deal with, friendly but extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Great apartment, great snow, great holiday

Apartment Klimt is a great spot right in the middle of Briancon with easy access of only a few minutes walk to the main bubble that takes you up into the Serre Chevalier ski area. We were there for a week with our kids and had a great time. The resort has something for everyone - my wife and I had great mornings riding powder on some of the more challenging runs before meeting our kids from ski school and spending the afternoon on some of the easier slopes. In the afternoons we retired to Apartment Klimt, got the fire roaring and watched the winter Olympics. A perfect holiday - we will be back.

lovely well located luxury apartment

Lovely newly refurbished apartment with three big rooms. 8 of us inc 4 kids were really comfy here. Location is great with supermarket bars and restaurants all within 2 minutes. Can walk to lifts or drive to loads of other places in 10 minutes. Will be coming back again Briancon is a great resort and this apartment is the icing on the cake.
