Great location
The aircondition was old, made a lot of noise, didn't work well and got sick from lying in the cold wind from it
Also noise from some pipes in the wall

I always stay here, when l come back to Bangkok. It's great area! Staff is nice and the rooms are comfy.
Sometimes l had no warm water, would have prefered more frequent room cleaning.

the day of the check-out i know i forgot the iphone headphones in the room and i immediately contacted the hotel from booking asking if they had found them but the response was very slow and in addition they told me they would let me know but i didn't had no contact with them so much that I had to contact the structure again and in the end I was told to contact the reception but I was already in contact with them. in the end I lost my headphones and they didn't help me at all then the room that they gave me was in really bad shape the air conditioner didn't work and it was dying of heat the toilet seat was super worn and the shower let you imagine, negative experience the only positive thing was the location of the hotel very central

The staff were lovely. Handy location. We only stayed one night as a stopover between flights but would stay again
Down a quiet side street.

The location and the staff were incredible ! Very recommended :)
The shower. It has no curtain so all the floor is wet after the shower.

great location and nice staff
the room was a bit noisy, we could hear everything from the room next door and noise from the street/reception. Apart from that we could hear a shaking sound, not sure from where, but apparently from the door, so we had not a nice sleep.

Perfect location, good air conditioning and very friendly family who go out of their way to help in any way.

Best location, value for money and best for 1-2 days quick halt.
How can you have rooms on 4th floor and expect no Lift. It was very difficult. Double room was very small. No wardrobe to hang clothes. Triple room was good but also without a wardrobe. Hotel staff was nice and courtesious. One more drawback, if you are with luggage, it will be difficult. No car can pass through the narrow busy street and usually you have to get down on the main road and walk into the hotel. Anyway, was not a big issue but not convenient. The best thing for us was an Indian restaurant just next door. Food was good. The excellent part was that the location, except for no entry of vehicle( sometimes you can bring a tuktuk or even car for dropping you), was really wonderful. Lots of eating places, souvenir shops nearby, and side walks directly leading to khaosan road.
