This hotel gives a great first impression with it beautiful decor. I felt like i was walking through a movie set from the early 20th century. The woman at reception was very nice, she a also made a good first impression. The room and bed were comfortable
My wife missed a water cooker/boiler in the room.

This is a family-owned hotel for nearly 100 years. It’s not the most modern- but it’s lovely, the staff is exceptionally helpful, they offer onsite parking which is unheard of, and the location in Arles literally cannot be beat! Wish the pool/terrace had been open but will have to come back in season!

The hotel is in a good location, very retro, the pool is beautiful and the beds are comfortable.
1. There is no bottled water or hot water, tea, and all the drinks in the refrigerator cost money.
2. There is a window above the bathtub without curtains, and there is no privacy in the bath.
3. The floor of the room is uneven or sloped?
4. There is a reserved parking space, but there is a problem with language communication. Normal-sized SUVs are not allowed to park in the hotel parking lot. We are forced to walk with large suitcases in the scorching sun and among the crowd. Fortunately, we found a parking space on the street, which was cheaper than the hotel's 15 euros a night.

Such a lovely central place to say and really helpful staff! I also appreciated that they park your car for you when you take the hotels parking option. It’s not easy manoevering around Arles!
It’s always nice to be able to make a first coffee in the morning before having to get dressed! So a basic kettle and a sachet of coffee would be welcome!!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for exploring Arles. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helpful we loved being able to park outside and their driver parked the car for us.
Nothing all was good

Great hospitality, great position right in the main square of Arles. The room was clean, unlike other places we stayed at in Southern France. The staff gave us good advice.
We didn't like the hotel and the public spaces. It was obviously an old hotel but the entrance and the rooms at ground floor looked rather old and intimidating.

Amazing hotel. Staff was great! Friendly and helpful. Room was more than I could have hoped for!
They didn't have a computer that was available and working at all times for visitors. When it did work, it only had a French keyboard, so it was not really useful for English communications.

the location was great!
getting to the hotel was very difficult, narrow streets, some streets closed, GPS was confusing. Almost got stuck in the roads.

Convenient to tourist sights. Spacious room, clean.
No coffee making facility in room. Hot water is not always available in shower. Breakfast is mediocre.

The location is superb. It is plumb in the centre of the City and perfect for everything. The hotel is really lovely and directly opposite the yellow cafe from the famous Van Gogh painting. You will struggle to find a more attractive square.
The staff were super friendly, and amazingly helpful. When it says you need a small car to drive to the hotel.... they really mean it. We hit a small diversion and we ended up in streets where you needed to turn in the wing mirrors to get through. We do not have a huge car, just a medium-sized Hyundai. When we arrived they parked the car in their own garage and that was a great relief. I am very confident in a car, but I had had enough! I would go back in a heart beat.
Nothing really that we could find to criticise. The room was a little functional but very clean, very comfortable and a big bathroom.

Very friendly staff. We were even given a lift to the station when they could not find a taxi.
Hotel full of atmosphere, with attractive antique furniture.
Central location on a lively square.
Spacious room with plenty of storage space.
Hot water took a long time to come through in the morning.
Less variety at breakfast than in other hotels.

What a treat this was. Right in Place the Forum and opposite the famous cafe la nuit. The hotel is in a historic building which maintains a lot of the original features: it really feels like you are time traveling when walking the stairs or enjoying the pool table room. The swimming pool is an oasis of peace and really needed in hot weather.
One of the ladies at the reception was stroppy. But other staff were a lot more pleasant to be fair.

Excellent family room, perfect location for visiting Arles. Do not forget to reserve your parking at the hotel in good time, otherwise the municipal parking is 7 minutes away and good value.

The staff was absolutely LOVELY. They could not be more helpful or friendly. Upon my arrival, I used broken French (I always at least try to *start* in French), and the lovely woman at the front desk listened, and offered to help me practice in French or continue in English. She suggested some restaurants "off the beaten path" and showed me all of the best monuments to explore. The room was very clean, albeit a little difficult to get do (up some stairs, down a hallway, down a small set of stairs etc), but overall was a great accommodation.
The bed was not the *most* comfortable, and the accommodations were a bit outdated. But that really didn't hinder my positive experience at Hotel du Forum. It was fabulous.

Everything was spot on. The staff could not do enough to help, the room was very clean and spacious and the location is perfect to visit, all main attractions are within 15 minutes ( or less) walk. A big shout out to the breakfast staff who not only served a very good and ample buffet but went above and beyond. If I ever come back to Arles I will definately stay here again
Can't think of a single thing!

Everything went well - nice quiet room (although, as I was alone, I hardly needed a king-sized bed)! Excellent breakfast. Good choice of restaurants right outside the hotel. Close to places of interest.
I would have liked to use the pool but the temperature (apparently only 22°C) was too cool for me!
