El personal súper atento y las instalaciones muy recomendable todo genial

Lo único q no me gusto es que el la habitación 301 q es la nuestra la puerta de al lado que da a un cuarto de limpieza no de vería tener el muelle la puerta y golpeaba mucho y molestaba un poco

trés bon emplacement pour visiter Bilbao à pied

la chambre est trés bien avec un grand lit super confortable. La déco est sympa moderne et épurée. C'est propre et trés calme meme fenetre ouverte.

durant la nuit l'alarme à incendie c'est déclenchée sans raison vers 2 h du matin dans la chambre.

Chic stay in central Bilbao but low noise privacy...

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. Close to everything in Bilbao and with a gorgeous view of the Nervion river. The beds were comfortable, but a little hard. Pillow "menu" was great, though. I enjoyed the breakfast - practically everything you can imagine, including local specialities. Staff was helpful and answered all our questions. I am very grateful for the person providing us with room service just after 10:30PM. One more helpful aspect: This hotel chain offers a dedicated app. It's very handy to have all info at your fingertips! E.g., check in time, amenities, room service hours etc.

There is a problem with noise privacy at this hotel. We could hear guests coming in and out in the morning almost as though they were in our room. One other thing I disliked: there was a broken and very heavy standing make-up mirror on the bathroom - that item was really a hazard! I would also have appreciated if they would wipe the walls sometimes. As luggage rubs against them, it can (and does) leave a mark.

Il parcheggio, seppur non economico, è stato fondamentale. Gli spazi sono ampi. Le camere accoglienti e ben illuminate. Il personale molto disponibile. La posizione eccellente.

Non funzionava il frigobar della camera. Ci hanno proposto un cambio di camera, ma ho rifiutato chiedendo una semplice glacette ;) che mi hanno prontamente fornito.

Hootel con mucho potencial mal aprovechado.

Buena ubicación para quien desea concer esa parte de la ciudad. Mal para quien llega en coche.

No manejan bien el estacionamiento. Reservan los puestos para amiguetes. Veía coches salir y sin embargo nunca permitieron entrada a coches nuevos. La solución que ellos proponen es disparatada. Por cierto, a ese precio debería haber WIFI en la habitaciones. Lo cierto es que si querias coger internet había que estar en el lobby.

ordered room service for dinner, delicius, kids ate everything my 11yo son said it was the most comfortable bed he has slept in in his life, i agree great location to walk anywhere relevant

Extremely comfortable hotel in a brilliant location

Our original room was quite small and faced a wall at the side of the hotel so we decided to upgrade to a suite which was the best decision. It was incredibly comfortable, had a glorious view of the river, an enormous bathroom and lounge room and we loved staying there.

Due to important batteries which had to stay on all the time, we had to ask twice at the front desk for the cleaners to leave the power on however it continued to be turned off.

It was a good place to stay just more expensive than it should have been for the room we had.

Good location, quiet and comfortable room and bed. Good water pressure in the shower.

Room was very small, no view - for the amount we paid it wasn’t such good value. We asked to change rooms but it was not possible

The location, staff and breakfast are excellent. The hotel is very close to the museum, two amazing playgrounds and a nice shopping mall.

Nicely located on riverfront, with Guggenheim one way and old town the other direction, all walkable. Great breakfast selection.

Employees at the reception can do nothing else than issue a room card.

Breakfast very good, varied. Very good location for visiting the city. If you don't require anything other than a good room and breakfast then I recommend it.

We ordered a takeaway breakfast which we paid for, the front desk forgot our request. We wanted an invoice immediately after check-in, because we were returning to the airport early in the morning, according to the staff, it was impossible and they assured us that the invoice would be waiting in the morning - it was not there and we wasted valuable time when the reception nervously printed the invoice for each room.

Fabulous location, great rooms and staff. Good value for money. Highly recommended!!

Excellent location for visiting the shopping area as well as the old town. Wonderful helpful staff at reception. Special thanks to Alejandro for his patience and good humour! The beds are amazing - I wanted to take mine home!

We were unable to adjust the temperature in the room ( aircon had been switched off) so the room was a ittle hot as temperatures rose over our stay
