Monumental Salamanca

Very good Hotel.

The location is superb The staff esp Benny is super helpful The room big and clean The buffet breakfast is good They have free coffee inaide the room

Its not the Hotels fault but it was so very noisy outside. Students/people are still in the street at 10pm to 4am When we were there the AC not working but we just open the windows and its ok

Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour à Salamanca

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien équipées et propres. L'accueil est chaleureux.

Folle ambiance et merveilleux cadre mais quelque peu bruyant (bruits de la rue)

L’emplacement est centré ville est idéal. L’accueil est chaleureux, les équipes sont attentives, la décoration est raffinée. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. La literie est de très bonne qualité. L’hôtel est plein de charme. Nous avons eu la sensation d’être chez nous.

Le bruit extérieur était gênant, la fenêtre (même fermée) laisse passer les bruits de la fête et de la rue en contrebas. Il a été difficile de trouver une place pour se garer en voiture à proximité.

It might have been a 4 stars hotel long ago. Now it is a 3 stars no more.

The location ,the view.

Old furnitures. No place to put anything on the small nighstand, or the desk . A TV sitting on the desk with a big coffee machine. Tha water from the bathtub didn’t drain properly.

we were there for the 6th time for Spanish courses in Colegio Delibes and excursions in group.

We got an upgrade for the same price. Big and beautiful room with a nice sight on the market

La situación magnífica.

Coincidió fechas con calor, no era posible poner aire acondicionado en la habitación que era muy calurosa. Desayuno buffet muy escaso.

Übernachtung auf der Durchreise okay, Parksituation schwierig, schlecht geschlafen

gute Lage, schlechte Schallisolation der Fenster, schlecht geschlafen.

La ubicación en el centro histórico

En la habitacion nos encontramos una araña. Muebles muy antiguos (de los antiguos dueños me dijeron) una de las ventanas nada insonorizada y entraba frío. La cama casi pegada a la pared x la parte de los pies que te dejaba muy poco espacio para pasar..no más de 20 cms.

Despite arriving by motorcycle they could not fit us in and we had to use a public car park which was difficult to get to with the one way system.

Exceptionally helpful front desk staff. Size of room was perfect, Loved the big windows that opened to get fresh air. Good AC. Great Location

Soundproofing from outside could be better. On the weekends it can get loud late in the evening.

Great location. Steps away from the Plaza Major and other sites.

The hallways lights are on a sensor and you have to step out into a pitch black hallway before it turns on, feels really unsafe. There are parts of the hallway where the sensor doesn’t pick up movement and someone could be hiding.

Super location. Very friendly female staff.

Very friendly female receptionist. Super location, two minutes from the Plaza Mayor. Ten minute walk to the cathedral. Lots of cafés. Restaurants and shops in the area.

In advance we couldn't book car parking and they were full when we arrived. They have no discount arrangement with any public car park which is disappointing. Rooms at the front suffer from noise levels on a Saturday night and early rubbish collections! Difficult to find with one way system E en with gps.

Sufficient confort, not good value for money.

easy to access but no instructions how to get there by car, view that it is a walking zone and restricted area for cars. I was confused where to park in their park. No instructions were shown.

The first receptionist was a professional. The lady in the breakfast area should be fired immediately. She has a bad attitude, unfriendly, she makes noise on purpose w/ the dishes so that the guests do not stay long in the breakfast area. All in all rude. The 2nd receptionist was also rude.

Excellent location, right next to the market and the main square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good.

Since it's in the middle of the old town parking might be an issue. I looked for a hotel with parking, this should claimed to have but didn't. There was a public parking a few hundred meters away so no big deal in the end.

Location brilliant, 100yds from Plaza Major. Safe underground parking 30yds. Polite and friendly staff, very helpful.

Fantastic location to visit Salamanca, with great service, tasty breakfast, and a dog friendly staff

Nice bright room, kingsize bed with a firm mattress, very good buffet breakfast, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, also very dog friendly

Room heating was fine, but bathroom was cold. Couch in the room seemed broken on one side.
