Sin aire acondicionado en agosto es imposible dormir

La ubicación perfecta. Muy céntrico, justo al lado de la Plaza Mayor.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y como alternativa la habitación disponía de un ventilador. En pleno mes de agosto a 30 y muchos grados fue imposible dormir, ya que tampoco podíamos abrir las ventanas por el ruido que había en la calle. Nos fuimos muy decepcionados y sin dormir.

Buenos para dos noches por salamanca centro

La ubicación, es ideal para visitar la ciudad y su centro sobretodo. El parking si se reserva con tiempo es ideal también para estar cerca y cómodo! La amplitud de la habitación y baño también está muy bien.

El personal que no hizo la recepción fue un poco seco. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y se estaba un ambiente poco fresco.

No funcionaba el aire en un día de 36 grados

Ubicación y la habitación pero te morías de calor

Un día de 36 grados , a las 23 todavía había 29 grados y el aire acondicionado sin funcionar , al día siguiente nos encontramos con huéspedes que nos decían llevaban más días igual.

Me lo pensaré si regresaré

La temperatura de la habitación era la correcta

No me gustó el servicio de atención al cliente, cuando llegamos no había nadie para hacer el check-in, al final lo hice sola pero había un problema y no podía entrar en la habitación, es cuando apareció alguien para darme una llave para entrar en la habitación, luego durante la estancia solo olía a lejía y humedad en la habitación. Y eso que estuve solo un día. Cuando regresamos por la tarde no sé porqué la habitación olía a tabaco. Nuestro error fue dejar la puerta del baño abierta.

I atrongly recommend. Especially with people with childern, you can walk everywhere and don’t need public transport

Excelente localização

A localização é incrível, porque estamos a um passo da Plaza Mayor. O quarto familiar era seguro para um bebé já móvel, porque não existia nada pontiagudo ou pouco seguro. O sistema de chaves digitais dá muita independência aos hóspedes.

O colchão e as almofadas não permitiram uma boa noite de sono, infelizmente. O pequeno-almoço é fora do hotel, noutro hotel, por isso apanhámos frio logo de manhã.

La seguridad que tenia y el aceptamiento de mascotas. La facilidad de ofrecer un parking y la ubicación que tenia

Se escuchaba mucho todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y pasillo. Ademas el agua de la bañera no considero que fuera lo suficientemente caliente

top location un Salamanca

TOP location - just few steps from Plaza Nueva where you can have a drink or eat. the maker is infront of the hotel, worth to go there to feel the spirit of the city. PERFECT for visiting Salamanca

there is no parking around the hotel and it is pedestrian zone, but you can find underground parking right next (5 min). the breakfast is served in another building, in the restaurant next to the hotel (2 min away) - but it was ok!

Fantastic location in a beautiful town. We stayed one night could have easily stayed two.

The room's window was overlooking a sort of a patio (on the same level) with rooms on the other side, it was either privacy or air. We basically suffocated inside

The location is perfect, in the centre, but quiet. walking distance from everything. Friendly staff, the cleaners and receptionists And petfriendly :)

Great place to stay in the center of Salamanca

This hotel could not have a better location, it is right at the center and you can get anywhere from there by foot I would say. It is also on a quiet street so you don't really have to care about noise. The rooms are super clean and so are the bathrooms.

Our room had a cigarette smell despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room and that was a bit annoying but nothing that really made a huge negative Impact (it was light enough that we didn't even request a room change).

Great price for a medium quality hotel.

easiness of check in online and online rooms. possibility of opening the doors remotely. staff was extra friendly and always available (on the phone or WhatsApp) to solve your problems. the hotel is nice and clean.

poor noise insulation; you can tell this was a hotel from other times that was bought by a modern company recently, but decided not to invest so much in remodelling. simple and thin bedroom doors let all the noise from corridors go through. avoid rooms close to he elevator.

Great location, simple rooms that are clean albeit a bit old. Perfect for staying a night or two.

The room got really cold and it took a long while for it to heat up, we stayed here in December.
