Un calvaire !

Le parking privé, à un tarif convenable de 12€ par jours.

L'hôtel est assez loin du centre et de la mer, prendre un taxi vous coûte 20€ A/R, l'hôtel est surpeuplé,des équipes de jeunes footballeurs se succèdent tous les jours, un bruit en continue dans les couloirs, les femmes de ménage mettent la musique à partir de 8h pour réveiller les familles.. c'est vraiment scandaleux..

Bien pour une nuit pour dépanner mais pas plus

L’emplacement est génial à côté du centre et du parc port aventura et dès grandes route

La salle de bain cuvette usé avec le temps incrusté de jaune sèche cheveux qui fonctionne pas le petit déjeuner des produits bas de gamme les œufs cuit dans une marmite d’huile très mauvais

Brilliant family hotel. Food great swimming pools amazing. Big room towels and bedding changed everyday. Reception staff very helpful. All staff work very hard to ensure you have a nice stay. Thank you 😊

The breakfast was very good, the beds comfortable and staff friendly.

The pool management lacked terrible. There was no rules, inflatables everywhere, balls been thrown around hitting people, beds with towels on them from 9.00 in the morning but no sign of the owner's till late morning. Entertainment needs to be looked at, very dated with the act's. The gym equipment did not work and when I asked for assistance, nobody knew how to use it, thank goodness for youtube!

We had a lovely stay, we hope to return soon.

The Room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The reception staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This hotel is perfectly located for both the beach and port adventure. on a half-board basis there were loads of selections.

Felt that the pool area could be cleaner nobody ensured that the empty cups and cans were put in bins and bins emptied we stayed in April off-season so this may not be the case in the high-season.

Very good

Stayed for RACC Rally and the hotel was perfect for that purpose. Better than Sol Daurada where we stayed for past 4 years. Early breakfast was a bonus and room, food and parking were better than expected.

Disappointing

Stayed here 7 years ago and it was lovely. Hence why I chose here for our stay. Sad to report that in those 7 years the hotel isn't the 4* it used to be. Could do a good sprucing up. I'd say it's more of a 3* now. Communal areas are tired and dirty in places Noise levels at all times of night were quite bad as well

Expensive overnight stay as we could not get breakfast even though it was included in the price.

There was very little to ‘like’ about this property, maybe the location? Oh, the bathroom was nice.

Properties like this are the reason I usually book an Airbnb. It started with the surly receptionist and went rapidly down hill from there. No breakfast before 8.00am and we needed to checkout at 6.45am to catch our flight. No dinner service after 8.00pm either. Extra €9 for parking even though we were not getting breakfast. No tea or coffee in the room, shower was broken and the bed barely made. At least with an Airbnb we could have made ourselves a coffee in the morning before departing. An unfortunate choice on my behalf, I only booked as breakfast was included and we were hoping to get dinner after a long day of driving.

Perfect location, busy hotel with great facilities and atmosphere

spacious foyer, inside bar and outside pool bar, interesting shaped pool with various depths, well laid out spaces for sunbathing with quieter and shady options as well as poolside, perfect 10min pleasant walk to beach, safe and accessible

perfect stay for family vacations

Everything was great, from breakfast to the cleanliness. the staff were very nice and helpful. Perfect for families with young children. Close to all the attractions and a 10 min walk to city centre.Mexican night was my favorite.

the only bad thing is that you cant control the room temperature in the room, which in summer makes it a bit unconfortable.

Good place to put your head at night. It was fairly basic room amenities and depends what rooms. Staff were helpful Mexican night food was great Bar food snacks is actually better than what's produced in the restaurant

- Honestly, housekeeping is poor. Not just their cleans in general but they would knock and walk straight in, no 5 second wait, just right in. I was caught out once undressed and the housekeeper was still talking to me even though I was clearly not comfortable. - Food is not great (not worth the money), if you're a foodie, you'll want to go off the premises to get half decent food. - The use of plastic and paper plates really got to me, the waste this hotel produces must be incredible (May not bother you) - No kettle in the bedroom - €7.50 for a slice of pizza is day light robbery

The balcony door locks out if you close it , no way to get back in , no regard to health and safety, I had to get receptionist to come up and unlock it for me.
