The hosts were charming and very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome by them. They made us feel at home. The breakfast was lovely and the house was spectacularly beautiful inside and out.The bungalows are comfy and have a lovely sitting area outside each one. The hosts complement the beauty of the house and location with their wonderful warm hospitality.
The steps to enter the property are a very steep incline and not suitable for anyone with limited mobility . The main house lacks air conditioning .

The staff was terrific. We arrived much later than expected in the evening and they were incredibly gracious and helpful getting us settled with everything we needed. The historic mansion is beautiful and the views are stunning. Take time to walk up the road and explore the village.

The location is perfect- a quiet place in the top of the mountain. Great view and accommodation. Demetrius and his wife are the most welcoming hosts. Besides the view and comfort, the property offers great breakfast options. The perfect spot for a great greek vacation! Deff coming back next year:)

The view and the hosts.
There was a strange smell at my bathroom. Probably coming from the pipes.

So wonderful in so many ways. We needed to unwind and do nothing after a stressed few weeks and this place was ideal … we quickly settled into the gentle pace of life. Thessalia and Dimitria were the lovliest Archontiko managers and deserve a raise - not just because they were the perfect hosts, but because the work so hard - the turnover of guests at this place is plentiful and I can see why. We had the bungalow with the private plinth where we spent most of our time - recommend this, and the incredible rose wine (it’s like a finessed adult strawberry Ribena).

Very nicely renovated house with 4 cabins on the premises. The 2 in the back have the most privacy and a very nice view on the Pagasetic Gulf. The cabins have a basic interior with newly installed airconditioning and all have a private seating area. Nice swimming pool with sunbeds to relax. Dimitri & Thessalia are very kind and helpful. Their home made breakfast (7 euro per person) is highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the serenity of the place. The breakfast was also very delicious!

The staff were very kind and friendly to us and our little two year old. The location was divine, overlooking the valley with views to the sea. Our last morning was spent by the pool, the water was fresh and it was very peaceful. I expect it would be heavenly without entertaining a toddler :)
It was very very very hot when we went, sleeping was okay at night with the shutters open and the fan on but respite during the day was not wonderful on absence of air conditioning but that was something we overlooked in the booking.

Arriving on a 40*C hot afternoon might be confusing, but soon you discover the rhythm and logic of the house, the village, the mountain and all beauty around and you will have unforgettable time. The hosts are wonderful, sweet, funny and caring

We stayed in one of the little stone cottages under the main mansion and although there was no a/c, it had a beautiful view and was cozy and comfortable.
Nothing not to like.
