Location, such a beautiful property
Couldn’t find a jacuzzi or pool?

Location
Overpriced, extremely ugly furnishings, especially the paintings. Too dark in too many places, giving the hotel a “haunted” feel.
5.0 / 10.0
Location was good and lots of displays to look at in the property so having only one night it was a good stop on the river
The room was a big disappointment - billed as a city view, and paid more for it , you would have to be over 10 feet tall to see outside. In fact standing on the back of a chair I could barely see. Carpet at seams was unravelling. Really misleading and expensive for "no view" but the sky.

Very spacious room , clean, our room overlooked the river and was absolutely beautiful
Nothing.

The breakfast was excellent with fast friendly service. Several great venues close by.
The shower floor was extremely slippery. My wife fell in the shower and I slipped getting in on multiple days.
Packages were delivered to our room that were not ours while the do not disturb sign was on the door.
Valet parking was expensive considering the lack of organization in the service at times.

Have always enjoyed the location , staff and quality of the hotel
Obscenely loud music on rooftop bar until almost 1 am
Font desk offered a reduction in price . Laughable at best …

Not up to a JW Marriott standards. TV did not work, and they could not fix for a day and 1/2. Shower pressure was low. Every time we left the room, we had to unlock the lock first. All reported. Wanted to move us the last day at 4:30PM when we had dinner reservations at 5:45. The move was out of that building completely and into another building!!!

Location of property was good. The room was not great view was horrible. Not what I expected when I paid 500 for the night and I told them that it was my husbands birthday and then had to pay more for numerous things
The view, the bed was horrible, the wifi was nonexistent, brought us a cut hot cocoa for my husband’s birthday told us to just call for the hot milk and they’d bring it up. Thinking it was a nice gesture and for free I had to pay $16 for 2 cups of hot milk. Absolutely ridiculous

Location.
Loud noise. Valet service took 1 hour to retrieve car and staff was not helpful at all. Did nothing to compensate or make me feel better. The experience was overall horrible because of their lack of understanding of what it means to be in the service industry. Given the expensive price, this was an extremely bad value purchase.

The facilities were beautiful. The sprawling campus and multiple dining choices.
Overall the staff was very unpleasant to deal with. The front desk staff met our complaint of a non working shower with nothing less than annoyance. I then asked the concierge for assistance and she responded that her boyfriend was on the maintenance team and she would ask him what was going on. Ultimately we had to be moved out of our room a full day after checking in because we never got a working shower. The Bao Bao bartenders (2 separate nights) were unfriendly and extremely slow.

All of the food options. staff was super friendly and helpful. We had our room upgraded to a city view but it was on the side of a loud club later in the night. The next morning, we checked about moving rooms and they immediately changed our room. It was very great care.
No complaints.

Beautiful, loved the art work, & location.
No trash cans anywhere in room. Maybe just a oversight from cleaning crew.

Exciting vibe. Great location. Loved the peaceful roof top bar Mobley and Rose
Parking garage was very expensive

Beautiful property, lots to look at, right on the river and near things, super nice staff. Read reviews about sound pollution from the area but did not have issues with that - other than cargo ship horns.
Nitpicking - may not bother other people. Valet parking only. Some dirty items left in room when we checked in. Personally wish there were more detailed maps/directories - the amenities are in different buildings and the half levels were kind of confusing to navigate as the stairs to each weren’t always near the elevator.

The area was beautiful! We loved being right on river street. Watching the cargo ships coming amd going. Walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go.
We stayed on the 5th floor. I don't know what was going on but we never got much sleep. It sounded as if someone was continually moving furniture above us. For that kind of money we shouldn't be hearing that all night.

The property and location were beautiful. The pool was great!
When I got home and there were so many different credit card charges on our two cards I had to make multiple phone calls to understand what was happening. The first two reps I spoke with were confusing and then all out rude. I was transferred to an automated system instead of a manger and then hung up on because I was "hollering" at her. I was upset because there were new charges pending three days after we left and it was my third phone call to see why since I was told on the last call I wouldn't see anymore charges, just pending ones drop off and a few credits for things I was overcharged for. I had to call back multiple times because then no one would pick up the phone. Then a rep, I believe named Sapphire helped me and she was wonderful.

Seems like a nice place, some neat stuff in the lobby, roof top pool was nice, everything seemed neat and clean, the hotel was ok but a bit overpriced in my opinion, pretty good view of the river area.
The location is confusing, you have to make sure you know which building you’re in, there are 3 buildings, nothing is clearly marked and no communication as to which building you’d actually have to go to. Very helpful bell service guy out front of the middle building guided me where to actually go. The whole promenade was over rated, not much going on, kind of dirty, sort of compared to fells point in Baltimore. Hotel was nice but just in a poor setting, Savannah itself is literally just a tourist trap. Go to Charleston, much nicer. Parking garage is pretty tight and not much accessible parking for SUVs or pickup trucks, it’s doable but tight quarters. I most likely won’t return to Savannah, interesting old city but trashy and not kid friendly. Might be better as just an adult trip, wouldn’t recommend bring kids, nothing to really do.

Loved the unique lobby area & the location!
Loud on the city side of the building.
