I was charged twice for my stay after booking on booking.com and then charged again at the hotel.

Hotel felt new and modern and very clean. It was in a good location close to restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Family lives in Mason, next time will stay elsewhere.

Both desk staff were pleasant. Having said that, I do not know if it was within their abilities to fill ‘requests’ as they were not met.

Speacial request for my sister (next day arrival) to be housed close/same floor not met. She was placed on first floor where a rowdy lacrosse team disturbed them.

We enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay the night and see Ben at the bar the next time we visit kings island.

The hotel was very clean and the staff is very accommodating! Ben is super friendly and we enjoyed his service and knowledge at the bar. Also the front desk was on point when we needed a tooth brush in the morning that someone had forgotten.

We wish there was a pool but otherwise everything was perfect.

Location was excellent. The room was not cleaned well.

The staff was pleasant. The parking was great. The area location was great.

The bathroom had hair clippings on the bathroom floor and by the shower door. The pullout has a stain. I did not feel as though the linen or sofa was clean and did not feel comfortable to sit on without a barrier. I think there should be disinfectant wipes placed in rooms to wipe down knobs and controls, instead of one in a pkg.

Everything was great. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again if I'm here in the future

The location was convenient and nicely maintained.

Overall excellent.

The hotel was excellent overall and we were very pleased. Minor things were the only distraction from a perfect stay.

There was mold in the corners of the bathroom shower stall and the tv in the bedroom area had a black line running through it.

highly recommend for family going to king’s island

I’m very impressed the cleanness of the room . they provide all the necessary amenities. Staff are super friendly. I picked this hotel due to its location, which is only 9mons drive to kings island. 4mins away from Kroger , Walmart. many restaurants around the areas too hints: it’s 50’s anniversary at kings island with fireworks at 10pm. our room was on 4th floor and facing the main road which allows us to see the fireworks from the room. definitely extra bonus of staying here.

I got reminder from Marriott for early check-in the day before. however, neither Booking.com nor Marriott provides me the Marriott booking number to do online check in. due to the time constraint, I didn’t hear back from neither company for the confirmation code request or help. I called the hotel to notify them my late check in to secure my room at the end.
