To hot in the room, would of preferred a key to use not a code to input

The location was perfect , central to everything.
Huge gap around front door, very draughty. Bad smell in bathroom.
Awkward layout to watch tv with cheap sofa set . Would have been nice to have a toaster.

Cosy apartment, clean right in the centre

Great warm feeling and very clean. The staff who I contacted were very helpful and the location ideal
I think it could do with a few touch-ups with paint in areas and the carpet a little tired with stains. This wouldn't stop me staying but I think it's important.
8.0
Great location, nice room with great shower and workable cooking facilities.
Small issue with heating but it didn't spoil the stay. Staff were responsive.

Great stay. Super easy to find, park, get access. Location in city was great. Useful kitchen facilities.
Squeaky floorboards

Was absolutely amazed by the room. Loved how we could log on to Netflix (we’ve never had that before) loved the shower and bathroom. Fan was amazing. Loved the set up of the room. Loved having a stove and microwave for the option to cook which we did. It’s so close to the town centre everything is walking distance. Parking was easy and liked that the hotel was tucked away. Will definitely be staying again and again as we plan on staying in Worcester a lot more.
Bed was slightly uncomfortable want the best sleep but wasn’t the worst. And door got stuck of the carpet
5.0
I liked the location of the place, the bed was comfortable and it had decent facilities.
Unfortunately we left after our first night (it was meant to be a 2 day anniversary celebration weekend) because we noticed a fair amount of stains on the bedsheets and the floorboards were so creeky that you could hear the guests above, including their recreational activities! The single seat was very dirty and it looked nothing like the photos. As a result, we didn't stay the full length of our trip. It was disappointing, especially considering how much we paid and it was supposed to be a special outing 🥺

Nice free parking, great bathroom
Small bed, not that comfortable. Very noisy, you can hear every step your neighbour takes, as well as noise coming from outside.
8.0
Brilliant location. Stunning room - everything you need. Comfortable bed. Would recommend
Too hot which made for a very uncomfortable night. There was a fan provided but the room was still way to hot.

Nothing to dislike
Just one little petty thing, there was no toaster otherwise loved it
6.0
A great use of space with the small kitchenette. A nice concept and very clean. Location was good for parking, walking distance to town and the river. A large, modern bathroom. Great communication in advance and easy check in
Being apartments, there was a fair amount of noise from the flat above. The bedding wasn’t great - pretty awful lumpy pillows and a heavy duvet, too warm for summer.
6.0
Stylish accommodation with thought given to the history and renovation.
Great location
Easy access
Responsive staff
Bed was on small side and very squeaky due to a loose bed frame
Lack of kitchen equipment

Stunning studio apartment in a beautiful old building which has been tastefully and sympathetically restored. A convenient central location with free on-site parking and great communication from the manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very nice to have a little apartment in Worcester. The location was good, and I personally had no issue with noises from outside. I brought earplugs and that worked fine :) I also liked the bathroom.
I was there for a week and planned on cooking meals for myself, but there was not even oil. There was only salt and pepper (containers all sticky and dirty), instant coffee, sugar and tea. There is a supermarket, but to buy a bottle of oil of at least 0,5 liter for 6 nights.... I ended up heating ready made meals from M&S, which was fine. I also felt that the place could have been cleaned better. There was a visible foot print on the couch (!), so I did not feel like sitting there......

The room had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Great to be able to have an apartment each for the couples we were meeting up with. Convenient access to all the facilities in Worcester for sight seeing, eating and drinking.
There was a very unpleasant smell in the room that seemed to emanate from around the bin. We had to have the windows open. There was early morning delivery noise from the supermarket next door.

Great quiet location and free parking was a plus considering we were in the centre of town. It is situated behind a supermarket and their warehouse is next door to the Infirmary but it hardly disturbed us. Good sized clean fridge which was useful. Nice compact shower room and heated towel rail. Comfortable bed and plenty of windows in the studio, that you could open for ventilation.
Unfortunately we couldn't find any Molton Brown Toiletries as advertised on the Old Infirmary's website! This was a real let down as I was not fond at all of toiletries that were supplied(in refillable bottles). The bed pillows were not at their best and we did not use them.

It was a great concept
It smelt awful, it was damp or mildew. They may have a leak somewhere?? We had all the windows open but couldn’t get rid of the smell.

Lovely room, close to city centre
The noise from Asda, couldn’t have windows open because of this.

It said the bed was a queen size and I am sure it wasn't, so it meant we did not sleep well.

lovely building with lots of character, very clean and good location
no table and chair to eat at which we missed especially as it had cooking facilities. the room was quite cold
9.0
Lovely old building and they intwined the character and history nicely.
The pillows were awful. I went and bought a new one at local supermarket. Also the person who lives on-site smokes and the smell comes in the room which was not pleasant at all. There is a table she smokes beside the Carparking.

the rooms were tastefully decorated

Room was neat and clean. Bed comfy although pillows weren’t to my liking. A fabulous shower and the water heated up really quickly. Enough kitchen equipment for us to prepare simple meals. Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Key pad entry was simple. Really lovely space.
A bit of noise from Asda next door but we knew the location before we booked so expected this.

I didn’t get to the property due to the adverse weather. I asked the property if I could ‘bank’ the days and visit another time. They said no but offered me an additional night to the place I just told them I couldn’t get to, just brilliant!!
9.0
exceptionally clean ,very good location, with some lovely history behind it.
no tea and coffee, was my only draw back apart from that it was excellent
