Highly recommend this accomodation!

We loved everything! 😊 The hotel is located at the beachfront however it is in a secluded, not too loud part of Costa Adeje. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly.

Estafado, no merece la pena

Los camareros eran muy majos y el sky bar está por encima del nivel del resto del hotel

Lo primero no atendió un recepcionista con gafas súper desagradable y maleducado, nos quejamos por que pagamos un extra para tener en la habitación con vistas al mar y cuando llegamos no hay vistas al mar, vamos a recepción a decírselo y nos dice que es que son vistas parcialmente a la playa y que no tenían más habitaciones, una estafa, desde entonces este recepcionista no nos saludaba, poco profesional. Las habitaciones muy descuidadas, mobiliario roto y desgastado, juntas del baño con óxido, y en la cocina lleno de hormigas y en el baño me salió una cucaracha. Los socorristas brillan por su ausencia, estaban muy claras las normas de la piscina pero nadie las cumplía: gente jugando a la pelota, gente entrando con colchonetas, metiendose en la piscina con camiseta… Se nota que es un hotel que está hecho para extranjeros, es batallero no les importa la calidad del servicio y las instalaciones.

Excellent location, great value & clean. Food was excellent with great selection. Room service needs to be improved.

The location is great, across the road from the beach. The location of the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The variety of foods at breakfast was excellent, everything you can think of and more. The staff were very good and helpful.

The room service was not great, had to ask for change of towels and bin change several times.

un bonito fin de semana, repetiré

el chill out de la terraza nueva que han puesto, bar piscina no se que...no recuerdo el nombre, precio del combinado alto pero de calidad aceptable, asi no se junta los del todo incluido y hay paz tranquidad y puedes disfrutar con tu pareja gastarte el dinero, que de eso se trata

por el amor de dios hay que mejorar mucho el cafe del desayuno, un 2 de puntuacion de 10 ese café, sali de desayunar y tube que ir al bar de al lado a tomar un café aceptable no vuelvo a pedir desayuno incluido, para el guiri que no sabe de cafe y se manda cualquier aguachirri le vale pero para un canario, se que mi valoracion no cuenta ni va a contar, prima el guiri y su poder adquisitivo, no es lo mismo 100 extranjeros que 2 canarios desayunando

A memorable holiday.

The staff in general were friendly and helpful. The kettle that didn't work was quickly replaced.

The room had sand on the floor when we arrived. The one manger at the restaurant was very unfriendly towards the customers and the staff that work there.

Exeeded our expectations!

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! See you soon Los Olivos :)

I had a fantastic stay. Lots to do. Pool is lovely.

Loved the breakfast. Location was brilliant.

Reception was supposed to be open all night but it wasn't. Didn't get a lot of help from reception.

The staff was great great great and we enjoyed the pools and the sky bar and the location was ideal.

The villa was a little outdated and maybe needs some extra love in the coming years.

Disappointing. Not our cup of tea.

Our room faced onto the road and directly opposite the dining room of the next door hotel. No privacy. The first 2 days we had a truly repugnant smell of sewerage in our room and we asked to be moved but the hotel tried to clear it and it took a plumber attending over 2 days to clear it. They should have let us have another room. The sun loungers round the pool were laid out with no space at all between them so you had to lie immediately next to the person next to you. Awful.

Great location

The location was excellent and the Reception staff helpful. It is very close to the beach and restaurants. The omelette station was very good at breakfast and the food choices at breakfast were also good. The pool was nice with the sun on it most of the day. The air con was efficient (we had a top floor apartment which has air con rather than just a fan like in the ground floor apartments) and it was needed during our stay. The private roof terrace was also nice, with a lovely view The restaurants in the area were plentiful. Loch Ness Restaurante was our favourite with lovely staff and excellent food and the prices for both food and drink were very reasonable. The closest big supermarket was Mercadona which was up the hill from Puerto Colon. We do like to cook in some times and this was the only supermarket that sold fresh meat, fish, and a large variety of fruit and vegetables. Up the hill from Los Olivos there were El Duke Shops with El Duke Cafe and Bar and they had a singer guitarist every night from 8.30pm (Silvio Music Man) and he was excellent. We had a few nice nights there. It was our first time in Costa Adeje and we enjoyed our ten nights and we would certainly go back to Los Olivos Beach Resort, mainly due to the location.

The cooking utensils were sparse in the apartment with no frying pan, and no washing up facilities were provided, ie tea towels, washing up liquid, scourers, dish cloths etc. We bought a couple of mugs to use as the cups in the apartment were very small. We had an information sheet stating there was a happy hour at the pool bar every day between 1600 and 1700, but this was stopped after two days at the management request apparently with no reason given to us when we asked. By the pool bar one day there was a bunch of rowdy drunk men shouting and swearing and there were young children in the area, and the following day a group of loud drunk girls. The pool bar staff kept serving them despite their drunken behaviour. The steps to the roof terrace were steep and there was no sun umbrella so we were unable to enjoy it to the fullest.

room wasn’t cleaned as well as normal on arrival always seems to be work going on - eg drilling in some parts would be good to make the Fañabe pool adults only to try and encourage noisy children / families to go to the other one

Overall good, mostly because of the locaton

After taking a lot of time and trouble to pre check in we had to wait to 16:00 to get our room on Feb. 9t. Then the floor was wet. Persons in lobby were not accommodating and took every courteous question about the status as an assault.

lovely but would not stay again due to struggle with luggage.

super stay but storage of case on the last day awful. Had to take case down and up the stairs whilst staff watch on. In the end a man waiting to check in took my case for me.

On website said that you have access to the TheClub but didn’t, you have to pay extra, even on all inclusive. I don’t mind paying for what they can offer, but please tell people what you can offer for that money.
