Nice view, nice bakery down the road. Loved the gardening.
We booked 4 nights and 2 rooms as we have 3 kids. We had to climb 91 stairs from the street to get to our rooms. It was realy hard. The cord of the kettle in the room was torn, we were lucky not to touch it while we tried to use it for the first and last time. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. We found out about it once we used the toilet and felt drippings from above. One of the electrical outles in the bathroom was not attached properly to the wall and the electrical cords were exposed. In one of the rooms there was no window nor ventilation in the bathroom. The kitchen cookware was very poor and the pool is not realy for the use of adults. There's not enough room to sit and eat together inside the rooms, there was heavy rain and we've asked if we could use the balcony of the hotel which was empty, to eat some pastries with the kids. We were told not to, since we brought the food from outside. The rooms have kitchens inside so we didn't realy underdtand why it's not ok to bring food from outside... . We tried the breakfast in the hotel the next day to avoid eating in the room and it was very poor and unpleasent. We came to check first what they served and saw it was not a great choice but who wants to go up and down 91 stairs in the rain and crowd in a corner of a room to eat. We''ve asked if there are omlettes. the lady who works there said she will make some although it's not in the menu for that day. Once we set and the kids already started taking food she came and told us it will cost us 3 euros per omlette!!! (The total cost for breakfast is 5 euro per person) We said no thank you and took from the boiled eggs. But they were not boiled at all! It eas not edible. We didn't say anything but another lady came and said that we will not be charged extra for the omlettes and made them. It was such a bad experience. We are on a month trip in greece and never experienced such thing.

The staff was friendly, breakfast is okay. Nice view from the rooms.
Location isn't great, driveway is extremely steep and dangerous (at least for a non-local driver), the pool is small and the interior design is old.
Overall not a bad stay but poor value.

poor WiFi, need cabin in baths

This was a lastminute booking and we were very lucky that we found a room for this period of the year. The owners were very helpful with all the questions we had.
This property has a great location for all those who would like to discover places like Kissos and Choreuto beach and Tsagarada.
Our room had a very good view and the sunrise was amazing! The room and balcony were very spacious. The internet connection was very good.
The owner loves plants and flowers and takes really care of the property.
We will definitely stay again in this property in the future!
there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.
