Very pleasant stay and great location. Comfortable beds, very attentive staff and pretty garden.

Nice breakfast and setting.

Hotel ran out of water the night we stayed so had to use a bucket for the toilet and couldn’t take a shower until morning. Staff did what they could to help.

I absolutely loved La Quinta Luna

Absolutely wonderful stay. Breakfast was very, very good. Beautiful courtyard, great location in central Cholula, only 5-10 minute walk to pyramids.

Superb

Courtyard and building are lovely. Staff super nice. Breakfasts were good.

Centro is convenient for the regional museum and the former pyramid, but it's noisy and restaurant choices aren't great.

Quinta Luna is a place you will not want to leave

Quinta Luna is a beautiful property, the staff are very kind and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent.

Pleasantly surprised and ultimately very pleased with our stay.

Very nice courtyard, cat, rooftop patio with view of city. Nice staff; they speak very little English. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but you can easily walk all over town, to the pyramid.

Our rooms were pretty hot, despite fans. My daughter thought she got bites of some kind, but they were probably mosquitos.

All in all had a wonderful time. Would stay there again.

Rooms were spacious. Had beautiful views from upper level. Breakfast was reasonable and great. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Gorgeous courtyard.

The shower took a while to get warm. Tv was a little sketchy.

Beautiful property, great location, dog friendly, wonderful stay.

Beautiful lodging facility. Room was large, comfortable and very cozy and well appointed. Hosts were always nice. Pet friendly! Perfect location. Wonderful town.

Not much to complain, if you come back late the main door will be locked and they may take a minute to come.

very bad experience

pretty much everything. BIG screw-up with our GUARANTEED rooms. The manager was surly and unapologetic. argumentative- not a hospitality guy. Even threatened my wife that if she didn’t move our car from the unloading spot - he would call the police. 3cheers to Booking.com who really stepped up to try to make it right. after they leaned on him, Mr Personality finally agreed to (next day) give us the rooms we HAD PAID FOR. it’s incredibly inconvenient to reach by car. Parking is a few blocks away. I can’t think of any reason to return - ever.

Very nice rooms with a lot of space, everything feels luxurious, all while keeping the essence of a very old building.

Some things didn't work correctly, the light fixtures of the bathroom were broken, a nightstand's drawer kept opening by itself.

Peaceful stay

The rooms keeps the street noise out the hotel, so you can rest absolutely in peace. The place has an old history, ancient from 3 centuries ago, is an excellent choice if you search for a place to find an absolute space of peace.

Awesome hotel, central location

Extremely clean, super friendly and professional staff, wonderful breakfast included, less than 10min walk from the zocolo. Very safe facility and area.

Sweet stay in a restored hacienda

The restoration was done with care & authenticity. The original windows were backed up with double panes that kept out all the street noise. The employees were all very hospitable, & the breakfast was delicious. I had the same thing (eggs with fresh parsley & goat cheese) each day while my bf tried something different each of our three mornings & was never disappointed. The water pressure was great. Safe & secure parking is attached to the hacienda. Beautiful courtyard gardens.

Really, we didn’t have any complaints; I found the bed a bit lumpy, but my bf thought it was good.
