Mala estancia

El estilo es antiguo muy bonito y tiene una vista linda hacia la iglesia

El servicio no es bueno, el personal no es servicial. Una habitación tenía olor horrible a cañería, las sillas del balcón estaban muy sucias, el frigo bar estaba apagado. No quisieron guardar nuestro equipaje por un par de horas después de hace el checkout y no fueron nada amigables

ubicación y vista

no tiene agua caliente no tiene cafetera en habitación ni tenia toallas al entrar no incluye desayuno al solicitar Cafe para cafetera nos dijeron tenía costo extra al pedir revisarán el agua caliente comentaron los otros huéspedes no se quejaron de manera grosera pedí revisara el boíles y estaba apagado pésima actitud por parte del personal

Exceeded expectations by a mile!!

Everything!!! They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub and you can see the church on the top of the pyramid from the balcony. Rooftop restaurant/bar is 5 stars at a 1 star price and you can see the volcano and the pyramid from up there too. Completely secure parking for our motorcycle indoors and covered. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!!!

A pleasant stay in a Pueblo Magico.

The hotel is located across from the pyramid and the room was spacious and included a balcony with a direct view. There was secure indoor parking and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Will book again for the return trip from Oaxaca.

Little gem 2 blocks from the zocolo.

Located a couple blocks from the zocolo, free private and safe parking, comfortable beds. This is a neatly furnished, nicely appointed little hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The price is excellent for the value! The Cholula pyramid can be seen from some rooms.

Noisy bar/club directly across from the hotel, which closes at 11 PM. No food available currently.

Was a nice clean place. Great location. Nice big bathroom with an amazing spa bath. Great views from the room and from the rooftop bar.

On arrival the manager said we had to pay cash instead of card and charged $5usd more than the booking.com price. Would recommend paying in advance

Fabulous. Very nice hotel and perfect location.

The location was brilliant. The view from my second floor balcony towards the Gran Piramide was spectacular. The room was charming, the bathroom modern and well equipped, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central with easy walking distance to everything I needed to see. I highly recommend Hotel Xelhua.

Breakfast. It was slow and the service seemed reluctant.

Superb

Everything else was perfect!

Was not hot water in the shower when we arrived, that was unacceptable. Then I told them and they fixed it, so it was fast and nice the shower next day.

location was great

the room was super small and felt crowded. there was nowhere to plug in my hairdryer in the bathroom so I had to take the mirror out of the bathroom to the room to be able to do my hair

The hotel is very nice, it has an excellent location and the staff is very friendly

The room is not the one that appears in the photos they give you a much smaller one, but it is functional, the bed is quite old and squeaks a lot and they do not have payment options only cash

Reception staff amazingly helpful.

the toilet and bath was dirty when we arrived and it was not cleaned despite asking. the maid needs to climb into the bath to clean it due to the stupid design. towels and water were only given if asked for. nowhere within hotel for food or coffee. No safety deposit box and elevator out of order. Not clean.

Beautiful Balcony

Our room had a beautiful balcony over looking the pyramids and the church. Very romantic EXCEPT for the blaring music from the bar on the rooftop! Why does it have to be so loud????
