very good value for the money

It was very good value for the money. The location is a quarter that is very cheap for eating, and there is also a supermarket close by, as well as a parking garage right in front of the property.

Sabanas con manchas, sucias y malolientes, paredes manchadas, suelos rotos, personal hindú, en chanclas, pesimo, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a la 1 am ,y se niegan a reembolsar la reserva , en fin, pesimo

Le personnel discret et sympa. Les lieux sont très propres

34 euros la nuit, chambre très petite et sous toit, pas de rideau au velux. Très petite salle d'eau sous toit, ne pas mesurer plus de 1m60. Mauvaise literie.

sensacao de medo e inseguranca foi orrivel e resolvi procurar outro

Paguei e nao me hospedei porque me senti muito mal com o que vi ali e muito mal atendida por um recepcionista que nao falava nada em portugues, resumindo eu tive medo do ambiente e da forma como fui tratada por alguns homens que estavam hospedados ali, peguei um taxi e sai procurando outro lugar para dormir,Deus me livre de nunca mais me hospedar neste lugar que nao senti o minimo de seguranca.

Venham se estiverem à procura de uma experiência péssima (primeira review má que faço no booking)

Quando fui embora.

O quarto cheirava a naftalina, os lençóis tinham manchas, de quê ? não sei.. , as paredes eram tão finas que se ouvia outros hóspedes a virar na cama. Qualquer conversa, mesmo que suspirada, parecia que estavam no mesmo quarto. O som de portas a abrir era altissimo, sempre que alguém entrava ou saia de um quarto acordava-me a mim e à minha namorada. Às cinco da manhã um grupo de pessoa a irem-se embora com malas e a falar como se fosse uma da tarde, e o isolamento era tão mau que deveria haver staff a controlar barulho, mas não.

Great location, friendly staff, own room, shared kitchen and bathroom

The receptionist/host was extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. I understood he was/is there as a relief/substitute for the regular personnel so my rating applies to him. (Obviously, I cannot rate the regular staff.) Huge compliments for him.

The location in itself was okay, geographically, but was pretty noisy, lot of traffic, constructions etc. They can not do much about that but that's the way it is and worth mentioning. The (shared) premises look really worn off, lot of mould in the bathroom. A renovation would do wonders.

Super recommended

I have been in this hostel for almost 2 weeks and i would recommend it for anyone who will come to lisbon. The staff is friendly and helpful, both the rooms and common areas are spotless and the location is excellent as it is halfway between the city center and the beaches. See you soon!

The place was very clean and the people who worked here were friendly.

The internal height of the rooms were too low. I am not especially a tall person, but I bumped my head around 20 times into the ceiling and wardrobe crawling around the room. In the toilet it was the same, you had to put your head into the roof window just to fit in.

If you want a peaceful stay do not come to this hotel!

The hotel was very clean

We were supposed to have paid 2 euros a night each for the rooms for 4 nights (16 euros) but was forced to pay over twice the amount otherwise they were going to get the police involved so we just paid up. The rooms were tiny and had very low celings with beams so you constantly hit your head on them. Also in the toilet there was a beam above which made it hard especially if you were disabled. it was very very noisy in the rooms as planes were constantly going over the hotel and also there are trams constantly running outside the hotel so if you want peace do not come to this hotel!

Checking out

Do not stay here, the worst place we have ever stayed! The cheap price does not justify the star of this place. Our food was stolen from the kitchen. Everything was dirty. Not enough facilities for the number of people staying. The room was tiny, with a very low roof. The staff tried to scam other guests by overcharging the city tax.

This was by far the worse place I’ve been we walked in they asked us to take copies of our id and I’m sure they can’t do that, it was so awful the room that 10min later we left and had to walk to find another hotel at 23:55

It was not worth it.

The location was good.

We had to get back to the hostel by 2 am, otherwise we didn't had keys to get in and no one to open the door, there was no key at the room so it was open all the time, the room was to small to fit the 4 people it was intended to, there was only 1 bathroom on the floor with many rooms.

I dont recommend this guest house.

It was clean. The staff is nice.

The room is smaller than in the photos, I barely cant stay stand, because it is a attic. There is a lot of noise from the street, from the others rooms and from the wood floor. The bathroom is too small. The room is super hot. The receptionist told us that we couldnt arrive later than 1AM, but the booking page doesnt have this information! Their english is bad, it is difficult to understand.

The staff is helpful and friendly. They care about whether you feel good at their place. Room is clean. A good common area. Location is near public transport.

The dormitory rooms are relatively small. Hot water is not always available during shower. There are shortcomings, but generally I am fine staying there.

DON’T STAY

Bad location, far away from the city centre. The ceiling in the room was very low and we were ending up hitting our heads all the time. The room had mould and was smelly and cold. Loud noises after 10 o’clock when the rules demanded silence. Electricity outings a couple of times during the day. Very dirty toilets and showers. Rude staff that are unwillingly to help you and try to overcharge you for asking basic things that haven’t provided (towels - clean bedsheets) BE AWARE: In booking they have included services that are not available (hair dryer - iron - cooking equipment)

Uncomfortable

The location was ok and the bed was comfortable.

The room was extremely uncomfortable, and we barely fit in it. The ceiling was super low, particularly in the bathroom. Thus, it was impossible to use the toilet properly because we could not stand inside it - people had to bend to use it, leading to having a super dirty toilet full of pee everywhere. The room was also dark, super small, low-ceilinged, and there were no plugs near the bed. We have been travelling for almost two months already, and this is the coldest place where we have stayed. We had a terrible couple of nights of freezing. In addition, I needed to have a meeting, and there was only one super noisy common area full of garbage, and the staff was shouting so much that, in the end, I had to cancel the meeting. Finally, the pictures do not fit reality! They used a lot of photoshop probably.
