Would not recommend to friends. Low budget stay, not 4 stars.

Nice hostess. Rather clean apartment, sheets with nice smell.

Definitely not 4 stars, would rate as 2 stars. Apt rather clean but needs update, shower not working, bad smell in bathroom, old matress. Located on busy road. This is basicaly apt building, bad isolation, you can hear both road and people in other apts. Had impression some apts are rented out to local workers off-season. We had gamer in apt next to us that was playing video games all night with his online friends with obviously headset and microphone and he was yelling and screaming loudly whole night (from 12 to 4 am). Kept us awake whole night.

It was not very clean (dirty curtains, mosquito stains on the walls...)

Not bad could be improved.

Staff were very good, restaurant was very good.

Disabled facilities were poor and ground floor apartments had no significant veiw. We were moved 3 times from 4th floor to 2nd floor to ground floor for 1 night. Upper floors being up flights of stairs, not great for a disabled pensioner.

Superb

We enjoyed 1 week vacation here and can say that we were satisfied. The host is very nice, friendly and hospitable lady, our appartment was clean, with enough space and far away from the seashore. In the back yard you can enjoy bathing in a swimming-pool, but we preferred to have it in the sea. :) There is a restaurant downstairs - food is excellent and the prices are affordable. We can reccommend!

Only thing we dislike was the location of the appartment house directly on the main street leading to Pula. But this is not a criticism, only a note, because the price we paid for the appartment was right and very fair. The approach of the host is sometimes much more important that the location itself.

Lovely Apartment

Very clean interior of building and our apartment. Nice balcony to watch the sunset. Great wifi and nice having a washing machine.

Water pressure in shower was mediocre to poor at times (4th floor apartment). As we are from US, directions for washer and stovetop would have been extremely helpful, haha.

Good Holiday Stay

Hosts are kind and welcoming, apartment was spacious enough, and equipped to make even simple dinner, and wash clothes. Aircon was functioning, and beach in proximity is lovely.

This has nothing to do with Vila in Lavanda, but road infrastructure is focused on car traffic, and is not bike/scooter/kids friendly.

Apartments were large, clean and pretty, there was a quiet and pleasant place to be. Downstairs nice restaurant with very good food. Great staff, helpful, nice. Pool with clean water, just in case you need to swim little bit more then in the sea…

It was a bit too far to the beach if you have little kids.

The apartment was very well equipped, washing machine was handy for our family with little kids. We appreciated restaurant and swimming pool downstairs so there was no need to seek around.

The restaurant was opened from 12, so we had to buy groceries and prepare breakfast ourselves but it wasn’t big deal there was even a toaster in the apartment. A beach was little bit far away for our toddler’s foots so we had to go by a car.

Lovely host, great pool, amazing view! I enjoyed my staying in Vila in Lavanda very much!

It is a bit distant so car is a must (or taking a local bus/bike).

Great location if you don't mind a little stroll.

Air con was great and the people were very friendly,they even bought me a drink from the bar. A great location for the bakers and local grocery shop. If you walk another 5 mins there's a great family restaurant on the left hand side past the bakers.

The dishwasher bleeped every 18 sec. Can't get to the power socket and didn't want to mess with the fuse board. Did mention it to the host. The shutters you have to hold the silver tab in so they go down.
