We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend.

We had a lovely two day stay, staff very friendly & welcoming. The property was full of character & our room had everything you could need. The room was quiet with a comfy bed, lovely white clean sheets & super soft towels which were changed daily. Plenty of sockets, charging points, fridge, coffee machine & little packs of biscuits were a nice touch. Our room was very comfortable & well thought out with some nice little touches like the light in the wardrobe that was on a sensor. Situated in a nice part of London. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was on the top floor which had four flights of stairs. Would have like a more secure place to leave luggage.

excellent location, wonderful shower, good size, desk, tv channels, tea and coffee, thoughtful hosts had supplied earplugs

thin curtains with water mark lorry noise in early hours stairs( although prewarned) slightly soft bed awkward lock/ key

Beautiful room and very spacious with a small area for a kitchenette. Large bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Quirky pub and in walking distance to Oxford street

Our room was in the Churchill suite and there is sooooo many steps to the room.

One night stay

Clean, comfortable & and convenient location. Only stayed one night for work purposes but would definitely stay again. Pub downstairs was nice & staff were lovely.

The "garden view" was actually a room looking onto someone's balcony/flat who could see directly into the bathroom. No breakfast included, but they did offer discount in some local cafes

This hotel was beautiful, so stylish and spacious. Great location! Close to everything.

I loved the room, it was styled well and it was huge. Location was great too.

We were in the room near the road so go noisy at night. A simple sound proofing of the windows would work wonders. It was a bit hard to get acess to the property, we arrived early to leave our bags and no one was there.

There was no breakfast facility we were given choices on our brochure and you had arranged discount so not a big problem

We arrived on a Sunday night and mondays and Tuesday’s there was no food service, again not a huge problem as there were a lot of places in the area but would like to have been given a choice. Our room was on the top floor attic room.Theres no lift so obviously coming from Australia we had to big cases and 2 cabin size cases and it was very hard.

Enjoyed our stay, no noise from the pub and a very good location

Nice room. very clean. Great location, easy walk to tube, lots of interesting shops and cafes close by

The stairs! We knew there was no lift but didn’t realise our room would be on the third floor. We managed but the initial getting cases up was a struggle

It's a lovely little place with a great location and very comfy bed.

The room was very nice, loved the selection of teas and a cookie. The place was sparkling clean! Lot's of places to eat and shop nearby.

Had troubles with the shower, it seemed that the regulator between hot and cold water wasn't working well, had only hot water. I did not speak to the staff as my stay was very short. If I would have I am sure they would fix it. Didn't like the entrance, no signage.
