Big house , special, lot of space

Fantastic big house. Four bedrooms, a wonderful living room, a very well equipped kitchen. Excellent contact with the host. There was no problem with extending the stay to 16. Recommended especially for large groups - 9-10 people.
The photos in the offer do not reflect the beauty of the place. Invest in better photos.

Excepcional! Comfortable, quiet and clean. No problem if arriving late, has own parking place, large kitchen, a lot of space inside. I hope to visit this place again in the future

For us, Lioda Living was the perfect base for a weekend of skiing in Cortina D'Ampezzo. It's only a 35 minutes drive to Cortina. So instead of staying in a village full of fur coates and ridiculously expensive cars, where the prices are sky high, we have chosen to stay in the picturesque, peaceful and authentic Pieve di Cadore. Lioda Living is beautifully and cosily decorated, the beds are heavenly and you really lack absolutely nothing. Mariangela was welcoming us with a big smile...we will defenitely come back!!
Everything was perfect!

Exceptional stay, we were more than glad to spend a few nights here. There is a spectacular view from the rooms windows, lovely vintage furniture. We slept like a babies, bed was extremely comfortable. Room has its own bathroom. Kitchen is on other floor. In a house there is everything you would possibly need. Very nice and helpful hosts, highly recommended place.

Wonderful views from accomodation! We observed mountains, sunset, all the valley below from our room and the common hall. When it was rainy - just sit at home, fasade windows let us to see all the views not get out of the house :)
There is a great ceramic oven in common hall! It was so cozy to sit there over the rainy evening with a cup of tea - I'd like to be there on winter!
Attractive house, well designed, with some wooden antique furniture from all over the world, that made staying here if possible even more remembable and cozy. Seems all things at home have their stories - just ask!
About house - there is a washing mashing and drying room on the first floor, common hall and kitchen connected with terrace on the second, and living rooms on the 3d. On the kitchen there is all that required including washing machine and various tea, coffee and snacks for breakfast.
Special thanks to the owner! Giacomo met us on the evening, told about the place, the house, was very nice, helped with every detail we need. For one evening he made us to fall in love with Italy even more.
And you need to meet his wonderful dog! So clever and tender - we played a bit football, sitting on the hall, seems to be fond of each other.
It is not an appartment to stay on one night - it worth to spend here a week at least! To let sun wake you up through the mountains on the morning, to walk around, visit Forte Ricco, lake, Antelao mountain, Cibiana village, Messner museum, see the neighbourhood, city and Tiziano castle. To talk with Giacomo in the comfort chair on the evening, pet the dog and see how night comes on mountains.
We spend 2 days there and want to stay futher, think to come back on winter.
