We recently stayed this fantastic home in Salt Lake City, and it exceeded all our expectations. The central location was perfect, putting us within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, shopping and parks. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient for us.
The property itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights was the serene koi pond, which added a unique and enjoyable touch to our stay. It was a delightful spot to drink a cup of coffee to get the day started.
Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-located place to stay in Salt Lake City. We can't wait to return!

This house is a great find! It is fully equipped kitchen which makes making food a breeze. Also the beds are super comfortable. Jason was an outstanding host and recommended restaurants and hikes nearby. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The place was slightly dressed up inside with potted plants (some real and some fake) but the porch would benefit from a little decoration. The front lawn area was cleaned up and raked during our stay, which improved the appearance significantly. Overall the place met our expectations and was relatively clean. The lighting inside was good, and there was plenty of bedding. The koi pond was clean, with 2 fish in it. The koi pond house has a really loud a/c, but was nice to use during the day with the door left open. The property mgr./owner was very responsive the two times that I reached out to him.

This was such a great place to stay with a group of friends for a local wedding. A quick walk to the Whole Foods made stocking the pantry easy, and another quick walk for easy access to a large city park!

I would give this locale a 4.5 rating. Had some communication difficulties , however, they were rectified. The host(s) were very accomadating and went above expected effort to make the outdoor back space/garden comfortable and available after a series of heavy rains.
The location was superb. Could use some TLC on the front/back gardens....however, our stay was exactly what we were looking for.

As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home. This is a very comfortable home and I hope to stay here again. Husband and I stayed three nights for an anniversary weekend and we were very happy with our choice of rentals. The location was fantastic, neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and I recommend to anyone looking for a downtown place to stay consider this house.

My daughters and I chose this delightful, close-to-home bungalow for our short stay and absolutely loved it! It was cozy, warm, welcoming (even snacks for guests in the cookie jars), close to temple square and other downtown attractions, and the little house itself beckoned us to “come & stay” within its warm walls. The beds were comfy, grounds inviting, and even a personal sauna in the basement Our only regret is that we only booked one night! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Easy access to SLC. The house is spacious and had a nice kitchen. The front and back yard need some care and garden maintenance. Otherwise it fit the bill.
Thanks

This was a perfect place to stay following a weekend of running. A knob for the sauna apparently broke before my stay, but they were quick to resolve that so I could use the sauna (which I did twice—amazing!). The house was clean and quiet. I would stay here again if visiting SLC.

Hi, for the most part the home was comfortable and clean. Got a few bumps from the low ceilings downstairs so be careful. Only downside was the back yard patio and patio furniture had not been maintained and therefore was too dirty to use. Having said that, the location was very central to everything we needed and wanted to see. Lots of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance and a Whole Foods about three blocks away. The neighbourhood was very quiet and pleasant and was close to a number of public parks. The I-80 is minutes away and took us to various mountain hikes and our Salt Lake boat tour.
I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a quiet an private place to hang out while visiting SLC.

Cute little house in a great location. No complaints. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Would stay again. I had one question when I checked in and I messaged the owner and I immediately had a response.

It was a great property if your focus is on location and old aesthetic homes. We cared for the former, but not so much for the latter, hence didn’t enjoy the rustic features of the house so much. The basement room is quite dark and damp, and both the bathrooms were 6/10. The bedroom doors didn’t lock all the way either. The kitchen was well equipped and the host left us some great groceries too.
I will stay again if I didn’t have to use the basement and needed great location.

Terrific spot. Cozy house, thoughtful touches. Comfortable beds. Equipped kitchen. Loads of sunlight coming through the windows. Its walking distance to loads of good places. Just 20 minutes from skiing. The hosts were communicative and friendly. Overall felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Salt Lake! Clean and great neighborhood!
If you're looking for a clean, quality and comfortable
place to stay in the Salt Lake City area this is a WONDERFUL location. It's located in a quiet
neighborhood by Trolley Square. You have everything you need (and more). The location is well equipped with quality items from the beds, towels, to everything in the kitchen. And it's so convenient to downtown SLC. (5 min drive) Karissa has done an excellent job creating a top notch place to stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks again

Horrible Host
I booked this property for one night and was so excited to stay in such a cute and cozy place. I messaged the host the week before my visit and explained that I was a cancer patient from out of town meeting with surgeons about having cancer removed and would be very tried and asked for an early check in.
The host was so kind and told me 1:00 would work.
My sister and I arrived at the property at 12:50 and were unable to unlock the door. We tried every ten minutes and around 1:30 I messaged the property to let them know I couldn’t enter and was messaged back and told check in was at 3:00. I messaged that I had an early check-in. I then got a call from the host who told me they were giving me a 1:00 check-in as a courtesy but now I couldn’t have that because the cleaners were too busy. I told him I was expecting the 1:00 check in and that I really needed to get to a bed and asked if I could get a refund. He told me to leave the property before he called the cops on me and that he would not be giving me a refund.
I received three more calls after this - the last two calls were from a man who apologized and issued a partial refund.
I’m not sure if homeboy was just having a hard day or what but unless you enjoy being spoken to like you’re a dog, I wouldn’t book this property.

Convenient and pleasant house
This house was excellent for us as it had features we like - it is in a pretty and quiet residential road convenient to downtown and grocery stores minutes walk away. It is a quaint older property which has immense charm. The sunset from the porch is delightful and the garden with its pond is lovely even in winter. The hosts were very responsive, super helpful and went above and beyond to assist us as overseas travellers. We loved the experience of traditional Salt Lake combined with skiing and snow hiking. Convenient to everything. Hope we can come back next year!

Lovely home with a great location
We stayed for two nights to be near family before heading to the national parks. The house is a lovely Salt Lake City bungalow with a great location: quiet neighborhood and easy walking to 9th and 9th. Really appreciated all the coffee, cocoa and treats! Check in was very easy and host quickly responded to all communications.

Definitely staying here again next time back in Utah!
We stayed here for one night as our rest stop up to Yellowstone and it was a great stay! Simple and easy check in and check out. The place was very, very clean and had just what we needed. The beds were super comfy and there is allot of room to just relax, and thats just what we needed. There were even trash bags in case you had to clean your truck from the road trip! Would definitely stay here again in the future :)

Terrific amenities in this place - a really well stocked kitchen, amazing towels, linens, and a very helpful host. Quiet and convenient neighborhood. The host is very friendly, and easy to talk with. Would HIGHLY recommend A++
I would definitely recommend staying here! The communication with the host was awesome and threw in some extra sweet touches. The check-in process was very easy with a keypad to enter a code. The place is very beautiful and relaxing, VERY clean. Minutes away from downtown, and other places to see. The Neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. My favorite, you are blocks away from Liberty Park. There is a Whole Foods right down the road. Lastly, the host had fantastic recommendations to get some food/drinks at. A++

Reasonably comfortable house
The house is a nice bungalow. The kitchen is attractive but not well stock for cooking -- no oven safe dishes, pans or cookie/roasting sheet; confusing oven with no instructions. No instructions for TV. Nice backyard but needs a good cleaning as the pond was full of leaves and it all looked a little sad. I think it has potential for a nice vacation home with a little more effort.

Great location, great staples stocked in kitchen
Check in did not go very well, but would definitely stay here again.
