This is the best equipped house I have ever rented. Coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet paper, well stocked pantry, kitchen full of every utensil and pan, dish soap, laundry detergent - everything you will need.
Owner communication perfect.
Nice location near the university.
This is not the Taj Mahal - but the value is outstanding!.
All beds were very comfortable.
Great customer experience.

A group of 7 stayed here for a guys snowboard trip. Staying close to downtown is close to restaurants and in between the mountains that we like to visit. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Loved this place!

It was great! Me, my wife, and some friends enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in north eastern Salt Lake. It was very homely and I would definitely stay again! Wonderful experience

Great place! Several big rooms/bathrooms. Great kitchen and family rooms too. Good parking.

This charming older home in East Salt Lake City was perfect for our three day stay for our son’s wedding. It was one week before Christmas and we were delighted to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived. We had everyone from a five month old granddaughter and her very energetic five year old sister to my son’s grandfather and cousins staying with us. The owner was very understanding that our guest list could be changing up to the last minute. The arrangement of bedrooms worked out perfectly for us. And the number of bathrooms was a bonus that made getting ready a breeze. We even thought the creaky floors added to the charm of the home. It felt like we were at home.

We enjoyed the house while in town for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have so much room. Super clean and had everything we needed. Just as shown in the listing. David was great to work with and easy to contact and always responded right away. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for a long weekend traveling for an out of town wedding. We had more than enough space, and the extra bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding ideal. Great mornings and evenings spent on the front porch as well. Easy walks to local restaurants were nice too.

The house was just as pictured. So much space for all of us! We all commented on how well the house was laid out. We all got our own beds and it was 2 people per bathroom! Fantastic water pressure. Beds so comfortable as were the nice pillows. Easy to get to down town or walk over to the university. Would definitely recommend this property. Owners very responsive and accommodating.

Housekeeping could have been a little better. Good overall.

The neighborhood and house was excellent. David answered my questions quickly. We loved our stay. Just for future reference is good to know that 3 of the bedrooms are in the basement that has a steep stair, so we put our older ladies on the two bedrooms that are in the level floor and it was perfect. The house was super clean. And the backyard was a piece of calmness to have a coffee in the morning. Next time going to SLC we definitely rent this again. Thanks.

This house worked so well for our group staying in Salt Lake for the Pride festival. We weren't able to spend a whole lot of time in the home but it was everything we needed. With two kitchens and living spaces, we had plenty of space and never felt like we were stepping all over each other. We had a group of 8 and didn't feel crowded at all. The beds were comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and we had plenty of parking. We really enjoyed the covered front porch. The only negative was that we ran out of time and didn't get to use the cute backyard. We will definitely be back!

This is a great property for big families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready for my daughters big day. Well appointed with all of your daily needs. Someone would say, “is there a ______ heee?” Sand sure enough we’d find what we needed! The basement rooms are quite a bit chillier than upstairs and perhaps a slight musty smell, but a basement in a house that age, it wasn’t bad at all! We had a great time and enjoyed the accommodations!

This property was very convenient to all the planned activities. The home gave us plenty of room for group meetings and plenty of space for when we needed to work independently.

The house was perfect for all of us but I do have to say the porch time in the mornings and evenings were times everyone loved. Just sitting and visiting or eating in perfect weather. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Our group was in town for the DōTERRA Global Convention. This house was the perfect house for our group. The house has lots of character and felt like home! It’s in a great neighborhood and easy to find. The driveway parking in nice, The kitchen was stocked with coffee, k-cups, dishes, cooking utensils and pots, pans and more! Our group loved it!! It was only about a 10 minute drive to Vivint Arena and the Salt Palace which was perfect for our group. We will definitely use this property again!

The property was in a good location for the activities that were taking place over the weekend. With younger children and wanting to use the outdoors we were disappointed in the keep of the yard.

Love the older home and location. Owners very responsive. Great for big families or groups.

Pros: 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, good sized gathering spots with plenty of seating, well stocked with essentials and potential needed incidental items (I.e., fan, heater).
Cons: the downstairs bathroom shower head broke first day—unusable the entire trip and no compensation offered, stairs to basement are incredibly steep, floors are very squeaky, most noises carry throughout the property,

The house was perfect for our group and the host was great. The 8 of us were split into 5 different groups and that was perfect for the room and bed configuration. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils needed for us to cook great meals and plenty of room for us at the kitchen table to eat and play games. The bathrooms were all well stocked with towels. We were close to stores and our competition at the convention center. We would stay here again!

Although this was an old house it was very comfortable and spacious. Many original elements of the house were still present which gave it a lot of vintage charm. But many updates have been made which make it functional and comfortable, with a some classy elements. The beds were all comfortable, it is well stocked. With two full kitchens, two washer & dryer sets, and 4 full bathroom, We had plenty of space for comfort and convenience. Hosts were responsive and great to work with!

Not mentioned in the room descriptions that the 3 rooms are in the basement. We are all over 60 years old n was hard to go up and down the stairs. The floorboards squick so not good when everyone already sleeping in the basement.

Property is old, so some grubbiness is expected. However, there was garbage, crushed food, hair, candy, etc on the floors. Water heater wasn’t working. Sheets were stained. And, it was requested that we not wear shoes on the main level, but doing so resulted in some VERY dirty socks. Owner was kind, quick to respond with instructions for getting the water heater functioning, and did a partial refund of cleaning fee, but I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
