Enjoy quiet and secluded surroundings with AMAZING views of Squaw Creek Valley, the golf course at Squaw while also being walking distance to gondola, hiking trails, biking trails & year-round shopping.

Equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen.

Make sure to capture the best squaw has to offer for dining, festivals, yoga & live music at the Village. 10 min drive to Tahoe City & Lake Tahoe. 5 min walk to the village.

The spacious floor plan has two bedrooms and two bathrooms all on ground level- no stairs. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with pans, pots, cups, bowls, silverware, regular coffee maker, coffee grinder, but we do ask if you have any special condiments or spices we ask our guests to bring their own or to purchase them at Alice's, the well stocked store in the Village (or travel further to Tahoe City or Truckee to large Safeway grocery stores).

There are numerous restaurants within the Village, as well as the Olympic museum on the top of the resort with the pool/spa that is open in the summer is just a short tram ride to the top of the mountain :) Bath towels, wash clothes and face towels are provided along with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. the course is designed to preserve the unique beauty and natural wetlands. It does not use any pesticides and only a minimal amount of organic-based fertilizer.

One of Lake Tahoe's best half day hikes, the Shirley Canyon trail takes you from flowing waterfalls and the high alpine Shirley Lake to huge granite boulders and blooming wildflowers with endless natural beauty for you to enjoy.

Skiers, riders, and sightseers alike will love the panoramic 10 minute ride that climbs 2,000 vertical feet and soars above a snowy mountainscape of granite rock and the iconic Tram Face. Enjoy dining at Granite Bistro Cafe or grab a sandwich to take on the hiking trails from High Camp Marketplace.

Take a trip back in time and learn about the 1960 Winter Olympics that took place at Squaw Valley. The recently renovated Olympic Museum, located at High Camp showcases our unique collection of memorabilia, news articles and video presentations detailing the many magical moments that took place at Squaw Valley. Admission is free with your Aerial Tram ride.

Ride the Aerial Tram to High Camp and choose from a number of scenic hiking and walking trails. Climb to the weathered buttresses atop Squaw Peak, visit the historic Watson Monument at Emigrant Peak, or meander through the meadows covered with wildflowers, and enjoy the panoramic views from Squaw Valley's high alpine environment.

The Aerial Tram is your ticket to Squaw's 18-hole disc golf course. There is no fee for playing our disc golf course that is located mid-mountain. The course offers panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada. Disc golfers can bring their own discs or purchase a set at the High Camp Sports Shop

Located in the Aerial Tram building lobby, kids and grown ups can have a blast climbing the variety of routes on the Headwall Climbing Wall. Our 30' indoor wall and the 45' outdoor wall (summer only) offer exciting fun for all ages. 25 different routes will test any climber from beginner to expert.

The Trilogy Spa in The Village at Squaw Valley® is a unique spa experience in the heart of the mountains. Private, award-winning treatments are available in this 4,000 square foot spa for individuals, couples and groups. Drop in to the Fireplace Lounge any time for a glass of premium wine or champagne with friends and select from an a la carte menu of mini-treatments for the ultimate apres-ski gathering or off-season event. The Ropes Course at Squaw Valley consists of 3 different towers reaching up to 50' and 2 circuit courses including a total of 8 bridges and 7 short zip lines. The Ropes Course is a mix of vertical climbing events along with a variety of bridges and zip lines.

For this pet-friendly home, there’s an additional $200 pet fee per month and a $500 refundable pet deposit required. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately. Toys, beds dog waste bags provided. Please keep animals of beds and furniture. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Some truths about the home:
While the location is truly fantastic and cant be beaten, this home does show its age in some places that some folks may want to prepare for, like small things light switches to more design specific things like bathroom tiles and kitchen cabinetry. Most of this is visible in the photos, but we just want to do our best to prepare our guests as best we can.
