The living area has a gas fireplace and leather wraparound sofa and chairs to relax and enjoy the views making this area a great spot for gathering and reminiscing about your fun Tahoe day!

Don't forget to take advantage of the newly upgraded kitchen with all the cooking essentials you need to make a delicious meal. The kitchen is beautiful with granite and stainless steel. It comes with coffee maker and includes appliances that make things easy for a great meal with friends and family including a food processor. It also has a blender for morning smoothies or afternoon après. The adjacent dining area seats eight with its wooded wrap bench and dining chairs.

Immediately outside is a peaceful, large deck and dining table. A great spot for summer gatherings!

The three bedrooms consist of the primary bedroom with a queen bed and private updated bathroom with a shower. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and bedroom number three has a big bunk bed that is a full over queen bed. There is an additional bathroom on the main floor as well- also beautifully updated.

Ceiling fans are in both the main bedroom and in living room and the house is air conditioned which is a great plus on a hot summer day. The flatscreen TV in the living room is a 55-inch Samsung smart tv with built in streaming apps and Spectrum Cable for regular channels.

The house has a washer dryer and covered parking for two cars in the house carport.
