Excellent séjour

J'ai passé un séjour formidable à Santa pola... l'appartement est très joli, propre, très bien équipé, ayant un très bon emplacement, pas loin de la plage, parking gratuit sans réservation préalable, l'hôte Sonia est très gentille, très attentive et réactive.... j'ai trop aimé Santa Pola j'y reviendrai la visité l'année prochaine sûrement ,,🥰🥰🥰

El apartamento cuenta con maravillosas vistas, a 300m de la playa y muchos supermercados alrededores. Apartamento muy limpio con todo lo que necesitas, y cuenta con un amplio balcón y aire acondicionado. La anfitriona es muy amable, se comunica a cada rato para que no falte de nada. Mis niñas y nosotros estamos contentos... Repetiremos 👍👍

A Great Stay

Very comfy bed, really nice bathroom & hot shower. Coffee making facilities were great

Very hard settee (probably a sofa bed); perhaps they can get some soft cushions for it. You need to be very gentle with things, so as not to break them.

PERFECTO CALIDAD/PRECIO

Limpieza. Todo muy limpio. Úbicacion.. separado del bulliciosa nocturno, pero a 3 minutos andando a la playa y con fácil aparcamiento. Terraza. Amplia y se puede comer tranquilamente. Cama. Grande y un colchón perfecto, se duerme genial. Trato personal de Javier.. Miran mucho por el cliente intentando atender todo y poniendo las cosas muy fáciles.

El sofa pequeño. Faltaban vasos grandes.. El baño no tiene extractor y si haces mayores, mejor cerrar la puerta y tener ambientador. :)

Great stay but bit noisy

Nice apartment, great location, comfy beds, good value for money, close to beach, restaurants, bars, shops..etc and great communication with host 👍

Unfortunately we didn't sleep well, as i was reading in previous reviews, about noisy neighbours so it can be true..The neighbours are very loud at night time. We stayed for 5 nights and 3 of the nights, they had loud metal music on unill AM hours, plus constant noise of moving furniture or something. Im not light sleeper, but it was noisy that we couldn't sleep 😒 its really pity. It is great apartment, host is perfect.. and im afraid he can't do anything about the noisy neighbours..BUT if you don't mind bit of noise i would still recommend The Guitar apartment 👍

nice stay. a few small improvements would have helped

just a few improvements 1. Heating not enough for winter. one air heater in the lounge. - the flat was cold needed some radiators as we were cold 2. Kitchen equipment - frying pan but no spatula - no soup or breakfast bowls - this type of thing 3. Needed just a small bedside table in the small bedroom with lamps - it was very stark and nowhere to put a drink or book 4. I could not get the TV remote to work properly 5. A welcome pack in the flat would have helped - when the power went I did not know where the fuse box was - for example Mick

Only the location

Wet washing in basket in kitchen. Washing hanging on line on patio. No double sheet on bed, no extra sheets in bedroom. Mold in shower. Cold apartment. Having to pay 50 euro breakage before arrival for apartment, with no inventory list in apartment, which booking.com never mentioned. This apartment had a high rating from booking.com they need to look again. It was not clean. Very dirty dust on top of pictures in bedroom 2 also no lighting in bedroom 2. Shower doors do not fit, so a shower curtain was put up, inside shower.

Superb

The price and location were what interested me in this apartment. It is truly 3 blocks the the Gran Playa in Santa Pola. The two bedrooms were also good. I liked that there was air conditioning to help cool the apartment and a washing machine for the clothes. There was even a clothes drying rack. We liked that they provided a chair for the beach. But best of all was there was a refrigerator and stove so we could prepare our own food.

A screen door to the terraza would have been nice so we could keep the mosquitoes and flys out when we wanted to keep the sliding door open.

Nice apartment close to Santa Pola promenade

Great location, roughly 400m from the main promenade. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very easy to park. Nice host, perfect comunication! Beautiful apartment , two bedrooms, living room with acces to spacious balcony. Very good equipment of the apartmant.

Dishes weren´t clean. Neighbours were watching TV every evening til midnight. Unfortunately, they were doing it really loudly! As having two-years-old child with us, it was very annoying. Anyway, these were just minor things in a really nice stay in vibrant area of Santa Pola.
