Wir kommen wieder

Überragend fand ich den Fahrstuhl, sicher und komfortabel. Frühstück war reichlich und überhaupt überall ein liebevolles Ambiente. Sauberkeit überragend gut. Zugang zum Parkhaus am Pilgrimstein und Aufladung dort problemlos.

Can't Imagine a better location and the staff was fantastic.

The location was great. We loved staying in a historic building in the Altstadt. My wife especially enjoyed opening the window and looking down into the square. We also were able to walk anywhere in old town and all the way to the castle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip,

There is a bar across the street and it got noisy on Sat night. That said it was a nice bar and we enjoyed it, My wife used earplugs and slept fine. Also know the clock on the townhall chimed on the hour all night.

Kleines charmantes Hotel

Es ist ein kleines gemütliches Hotel, dass etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Unser Zimmer lag zum Hinterhof und dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Markt und für einen Kurztrip bestens geeignet. Besonders zur Weihnachtszeit sehr zu empfehlen, denn man ist sofort auf dem kleinen sehr schönen Weihnachtsmarkt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und extra Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das kleine charmante Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

Ein rundum sorgloser, kurzer aber sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Schöner Ausblick aus dem gemütlichen Zimmer, perfekt gelegen mitten in der Stadt. Leckeres Frühstück im urigen, sehr schönen Gewölbe.

Beautiful small hotel overlooking the market square

Best location in the centre of the old town, beautiful old building, lovely staff, generous breakfast. Handmade wooden bed and furniture gave the room a comfortable welcoming character.

Very old building, means low wooden beams and steep uneven stairs. Adds to the character and there is a good lift, but maybe not suited for the less mobile.

Unfussy,comfortable hotel in a historic building and prime position in lovely Marburg

Unfussy traditional German hotel right in the car-free historic heart of Marburg - to which you have to walk from the top of the car park. Beds were comfortable, room tastefullly and traditionally furnished, equipped with kettle and mugs and spotlessly clean. The self check in and lift up to our floor worked seamlessly. The view from our windows was stunning. Cute old-world breakfast room with a plentiful, freshly served breakfast. Pleasant staff. As is typical for an older building, there are some steps up and down on the ground floor(s) - not a problem for us, but a consideration for anyone with mobility challenges.

The pillow was awful, having had 70 nights recently in hotels across Germany and surrounds I haven't had a problem so please change these out. Otherwise excellent stay.

The location is great and the staff is friendly.

The pub across the street can get quite noisy late at night.

Great location but hotel rooms need updating/refurbishing.

Excellent location. OK breakfast.

Access by car difficult - especially with luggage! Hotel rooms are very dated/old fashioned and not very comfortable.

Funky hotel but only for people who speak German.

Nice location. Nice room furnishings. Really liked the in room coffee.

Everything was in German so difficult to stay here. There is no one there. The entrance pin code from booking didn't work. There is no where or even a plan about parking a car. We paid for breakfast but couldn't find it. There was no checkout time shown but they banged on our door and wanted us out at 10 am. The owner needs to post some signs in English to help non-German speaking people stay here. We would NOT stay here again.

Amazing location, a gorgeous building just outside the main square. Very charming, old-style interior Great staff, lovely simple breakfast. Rooms are very simple, could do with a tiny upgrade in the bathroom, but just like staying at your grandma's house. Simple, great value for money. Little bit noisy if someone walking past your room early and talks loudly - but that's people issue not the hotels. Would come back for sure. Thank you :)

Great place to stay in the medieval centre of Marburg.

A lovely historic building in the centre of Marburg Old (Upper) Town. The room at the top of the house was well appointed and had great views. Great Italian . Amazing breakfast.

Great location and room.

The location was great, it's a perfect base to explore Marburg. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff was extremely welcoming. The room is extremely clean and well maintained, I would go back again.

Very good

Loved the location in the old town. Definitely a hike from the Hauptbahnhof to get there but close to the castle, Elizabethskirche and right in the Marktplatz. Rooms were small but doable, really had everything you would need. Definitely an old building so there are some quirks. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was great as well. Simple but classic German fare.
