This ground floor barn conversion sits near the village of Clynnog Fawr in North Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Coetsiws is a converted barn near Clynnog Fawr, North Wales. It provides two bedrooms; a double and a twin, along with a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area as well as a conservatory. To the outside you will find plenty of off road parking and an enclosed patio with furniture. Coetsiws is a fabulous cottage situated perfectly for exploring the coastline and countryside of North Wales. Please Note: from the 1st November 2024 this property will only allow a changeover on a Friday
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable storage. Enclosed patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. 5 minute walk to the beach. Note: Property on working farm but away from noise. Note: there are 2 steps between the living room and bedroom. Lockable shed available for bike storage. Check-in time 4pm and check-out time 10am. Please Note: from the 1st November 2024 this property will only allow a changeover on a Friday

Nefyn sits on cliffs and has a beach, along with a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, and a golf club. Pwllheli, Abersoch, Caernarfon, Portmerion and Bangor are all within easy reach and are worth visiting.
