Not up to Bon Voy standards

Proximity to airport

Food choices were minimal. Some of items seemed to be pre-prepped. My Cobb salad was disappointing. The lettuce was not fresh. The gentleman who was taking the orders and serving was most pleasant and efficient. Sunday morning the server was the grumpiest person I met at the hotel. No greeting, no smile and my breakfast was cold. Dinner Sunday was just ok. I had the burger and it was dry and tasteless. Since I was there for two nights I was disappointed there was no midday food service. All in all I was not impressed with Bon Voy classification. It certainly did not live up to that category of a Marriott.

Comfortable modern airport hotel

Modern hotel with comfy beds and large bathroom.

Smell of stale food from ground floor bistro as you enter. We booked the airport shuttle for our flight but front desk hadn’t added us to the list. Fortunately there was plenty of space/

la verdad no mucho, las instalaciones lucen un poco antiguas

Realmente es ilogico que deba pagar por parquear mi carro en el parqueadero del hotel, 19 USD la noche? Adicionalmente en mi reserva decia desayuno incluido como normalmente deberia ser, sin embargo al llegar me entregaron un boucher de 10 usd uno por cada adulto, pero el desayuno incompleto mas economico valia 14 dolares, y no traia nada de fruta, no traia ninguna bebida, en fin un pesimo servicio vs el costo

Hotel stay was decent but extra $40 parking made it not worthwhile.

Paid $20/day parking. $40 total on top of nearly $300. Reserved without realizing no free parking. Otherwise, wouldn’t have booked in the first place. Booking.com didn’t allow cancellation. Will never use Booking.com again because it prevents cancellation when the hotel can cancel.

Stayed prior to an early flight out from SeaTac. It was comfortable, convenient, and I would stay there again.

The shuttle FROM the airport is done via on call basis which makes it very easy. Just call when you have your bags and they send the shuttle right over. They have a cafe in the hotel which was good. Nothing fancy, but perfect for getting a quick bite in the hotel.

Would love to have hot water and coffee available 24 hours. Self serve station

Clean room but for a smoke free facility there should not have been a smoke smell hallway.

Location. The room was spacious and very clean.

They are doing renovations, however we were on the 3rd floor and the hallways had a very very strong cigarette smoke smell. It was almost a deal broker. It was the clean room and the that awful smoke smell filled hallway did not penetrate into the room.

i think the sheets on bed weren't changed... they were clean, but wrinkled in that slept on way..i was exhausted, what the hell... i was excited that herbal tea was offered at midnight, but then... the water was barely lukewarm the "breakfast" was sub par ( lunch bag; muffin & apple...) I'd suggest; hard boiled egg and an orange

Would stay here again and would request housekeeping

Room was clean and the staff were friendly especially the fellow working the rest from 3-12 Hotel is being renovated so understandably some areas are off limits but not dirty or noisy Underground parking Comfortable beds and pillows Conveniently located close to the Light Rail Transit
