Unpleasant!!

The cleanliness or shall I lack of cleanliness. I was given room 242 and from the moment I entered the stitch of smelly dog was overwhelming. I feel room 242 shouldn't be allowed to be occupied by NO ONE until the room is extensively cleaned along with replacement of the bed mattress. Absolutely terrible!!!!

Hardly slept, looked forward to leaving

It was close to the airport

When we pulled up to the room there was a car parked right out side the door, loud music coming from this car with a man sitting inside appeared to be "high" or under the influence. Entering the room it smelled of cleaner and stale cigarettes. I did not feel entirely safe in this neighborhood.

I wouldn’t stay here again without seeing major improvements. I feel im owed a day compensation mainly for no hot water

Great staff

No housekeeping in 4 days. Dumpster on extreme overload bugs everywhere. Homeless and drug addicts banging on doors nearby late night. Cold water for last day couldn’t bathe my child.

Nice and quiet for the most part. Pretty basic motel but what you’d expect from it.

Good for one night max for adults only

The only thing I like was the person at the desk the day we checked in because she helped us a lot. She helped me get a 2 bed room since something happened when I booked it and even though I said it would be two people the gave me a one bed room with one of everything.

Everything else about this motel was bad. Both rooms I was in (one bed room and two bed rooms) were dirty and had spiders in them. The beds were uncomfortable. And DO NOT turn on the exhaust ceiling fan inside the bathrooms in any motel 6! The smell of cigarettes will enter your room and never leave you alone. It’s terrible. Also, we wanted to wash our clothes and the dryer did not dry our clothes. When my husband asked what they could do all they said was call the company and did not attempt to help.

I should be reimbursed for a couple days

No breakfast was served at this location

The washer and dryer took my money. After spending $5.00 dollars to wash plus the additional .50 cents I put $1.25 in the dryer for the machine to read back that I still owed $2.50. I went to the office and was helped to download the app to use the machines. After the first hour went by the dryer didn’t dry the cloths. I used the app once again and the clothes still didn’t get dry after the second hour. I had to take my clothes and hang them in the hotel room. I was and still am upset with this malfunction machines that you (the management) have in your establishment. I would like to be reimbursed and compensated for the inconvenience.’

Clean and comfortable, but overpriced.

Beds were very comfortable.

Ground level room opened directly to the outside. Neighborhood looked somewhat unsafe. Worried about our safety and the security of our vehicle, although there was no problem.

Clean hotel, not near the airport

It felt clean and crisp with new floors and fresh paint.

The location was confusing between this and the other two Motel 6 which all come up as airport hotels. When filtering airport shuttle, this hotel comes up even though there isn't one. There is only one thin blanket and it was too cold to sleep well. The price at $129 plus $40 round trip ubering back and forth to airport was way too high for this "zero frills" motel.

thin walls unfriendly staff talking behind a night window. you couldn’t hear them properly. Downstairs there where laundromats above it a toilet. My toilet shaked when the laundromats where running. the bathroom floor was dirty .

The guy that helped me ,I booked and didn't appear in the system but he was able to help me And ice machine was helpful since they have no fridge

The lady that opened the door after one knock on the door and didn't wait for me to answer ,she just opened the door thinking we were gone ... no microwave or fridge My husband washed his work clothes and left them drying and his clothes got stolen He was so upset he had to drive to shoreline to the storage were we have some stuff and back to capital Hill for work

OMG 😱 the staff specially the old lady Donna she make me scared and she never answered my few questions even she don't want see me fully I was surprised how someone be looking like this without knowing you! I am with a little cute baby but I don't know what was wrong with that lady! that day if I have a choice I didn't stay but no choice I stayed 3 night! the time when I check out there was one guy who give us smile 😁 finally. I wish If I can know why she act like that.
