The room smelt of cigarettes. May have been from the guest smoking them outside.

Overall, I do not recommend this hotel and believe that a 4-star rating is a little bit high.
I must say that the staff were very friendly/welcoming and the location was excellent for those who want to stay in Kuta.
I experienced issues with hot water during my stay, as it was frequently not working during both day and night. This led me to suspect that the hotel might be manipulating the hot water. Additionally, some basic facilities such as an iron were not provided, and the lack of breakfast made it difficult to plan my meals as I had to purchase and prepare ingredients myself. The bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, which was inconvenient for two people sharing a room. The size of the rooms was also very small, and only water was provided without any plates, spoons, or knives in each room. It was necessary to request these items separately from reception.

Great location
Location is amazing. In the heart of it all. Nightclubs down the street, shopping all round, beach short walk away along with large shopping centre. Bed very comfortable, awesome pillows.
Not as clean as I would have liked it, that's being fussy. Toliet next to shower, like right next to it. Pub on corner of short little alley to hotel.
