Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the famous Plaza de la Merced.

The first bedroom features a large double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a large double bed.

The third bedroom features two single beds.

All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space.

At the end of the corridor you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub.

The independent kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a washer, dryer, oven and microwaves.

An ample dining table sitting up to 6 people leads onto a large comfortable salon with bay windows that look onto the street, high definition TV and international television channels.

The apartment is located in one of the most exciting areas of the city, right next to all the main attractions.

We decided to bring our niece and nephew to Malaga for 2 weeks. We were extremely pleased to find an excellent place to stay. Our accommodations were excellent, clean, and spacious. Located a 15 min walk from the beach and all major sites in old town. Solaga was an excellent host and accommodated our every need. Highly recommend.

The apartment we booked includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This layout is very comfortable for our party of five, including a young child. The location of the property is within walking distance to grocery stores, excellent coffee shops, and superb dining options. There is even an Arabic bathhouse nearby if you need a spa treatment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to rebook for the future trips.

Very well appointed apartment, nicely decorated and fully fitted kitchen with everything you could need . Close to main tourist points and lively nightlife, into the early hours at weekends. Good restaurants right outside your door serving food late. A clothes airer would have been helpful - not everything can go in a tumble drier. Extra set of towels .

The apartment was beautiful and made a great impression as soon as we walked in. It's clean, comfortable, well decorated with everything you need. It is within walking distance of local amenities, shops, historic buildings, great restaurants and bars, the port and the beach. It's locality means that sometimes there is noise from the bars late into the evenings so be aware. Maybe warn people who want to book this apartment about the potential noise which can go on until 1 or 2am on some nights

This is our second stay at the apartment, it is ideal for location to Malaga centro. Apartment is very clean, very comfortable beds. Overall we had an excellent stay .

La ubicación esta en el centro de Málaga, excelente barrio y muy bien insonorizada, ya que es zona de bares y mucho movimiento. La parada del Taxi esta a 2 min andando para poder viajar a las playas. Además hay supermercados muy cerca y la cocina esta muy bien equipada por lo que puedes prepararte lo que quieras en el apartamento.

The property had been renovated recently and everything was like new. The apartment is very spacious all large rooms. The location is right in the centre of the Old Town so you can walk everywhere in a short time. I've stayed in Malaga a few times and this is by far the best accommodation I've rented and would certainly stay again.

The style of the property was well done, the location was excellent, the decoration and finish of the apartment was 1st class. Very well equipped, all utensils, bowls, crockery etc. even a bottle opener & cork screw. Great communication from booking right through to Carlos waiting for us outside for when we arrived. His intro to the apartment was very well done, welcoming and necessary with all the helpful hints & tips. A blind or curtain to the main living room window would be nice. Coasters for glasses/cups to protect your furniture. Maybe somewhere for shoes/jackets near the front door.

Everything! Location, cleanliness ,space ,amenities and decor were perfect. Communication with Solaga staff was very impressive with answers to queries within minutes of WhatsApp text message. Thank you- we will be back ! Nothing!

Great apartment, modern, large and very well equipped. It’s very central and makes it easy to explore everything that Malaga has to offer. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The flat can be very noisy at night, especially at the weekend and there are bars and restaurants in nearby streets which stay open until the early hours. Bring earplugs! As we were there for 2weeks, a change of sheets and towels would have been welcome. Most holiday rentals provide a few essentials on arrival- milk, bread, tea, coffee etc. Solaga should think about doing the same.

Beautiful modern spacious apartment located in the middle of the action but very well noise isolated. The price we paid is incredible compared to the actual value and kindness of the staff. Absolutely nothing to write here.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy limpio, habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. El personal que nos atendió muy profesional y amable tanto Alberto como Carlos. Apartamento muy recomendable. El apartamento se encuentra en zona de terrazas, y por la noche hay algo de ruido pero a nosotros no nos molesto para dormir.

Apartamento muy amplio y súper cómodo. Coincide totalmente con las fotos. Está totalmente renovado y hemos disfrutado de unos días estupendos. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron súper amables y encantadores. Volveremos sin duda Está todo en unas condiciones excelentes. Lo único q podría añadir sería un tendedero, para las toallas y bañadores, aunque nos comentaron que como había secadora no se lo habían planteado, aunque considero que sería mucho más económico. por lo demás todo perfecto.
