Wi-Fi was ok. Clean and big room.

The personal was so slowly and passive. The room was very cold and noisy. There is no window and behind the wall there is a household with a lot of children's noise in the evening. The room was far away from the reception. The hotel is not located in the center. It is very hard to reach this and the road to the hotel is very dark and dirty.

Perfect!

The staff is amazing! Really helpfull and nice. The room was big and the location is really central. The welcoming with lemonade and flowers as you go up the stairs was really nice! Thank you for everything!

Very nice and satisfied

Stayed here with my brother ,Very beautiful boutique hotel with the heritage feel and nicely done. Location also good with walkable distance from market and tourist places like Hawa Mahal and City palace..

We had to come down to the reception area or call the Mobile number only if we had to ask anything, there is no intercom in the rooms and the bed linen is still very old rest all is fine and we would definitely like to stay again here in our next visit

Reasonable Stay

The location of the hotel is closeby to all the important tourist places. The staff were amicable and the stay was pleasant.

The base room is very dusty.Even though it is the lowest fare for the base room, they shouldn't compromise on cleanliness of the room. There are small openings in the doors. This makes the room very chill during winter nights. There is no kettle in the room. When we asked for a kettle, they said it is only available for rooms that are priced higher. The fact that we took the base room doesn't guarantee that we would not feel cold. The customers must be kept comfortable even if the beauty of the interiors are slightly compromised.

Good location, price and quality but... BE CAREFUL OF THE MANAGER'S SCAM!!!

The location is perfect for visiting Jaipur, the bed and the shower are good enough for India's standards. BUT...

...BE CAREFUL WITH THE MANAGER/OWNER: he tried to scam us, saying that the room we booked through Booking was just the basic one (according to the price), not the one displayed in the pictures. He forced us to decide on check-in if we want to go to a worse room or pay extra. He insisted that it wasn't his fault (always blaming Booking) and HE TRIED TO DO THAT WITH EVERY NEW CLIENT COMING TO CHECK-IN. If you are scared of spiders or big ants, be prepared to share your room with some of them, mainly ants, like 5-10 every day. Also, don't pay for their buffet lunch or dinner, you can get much better food for a lower price almost everywhere in Jaipur.

The location of the hotel is excellent as the Hawal mahal which is the main tourist spot is just 500 mtrs away. The owners and staff members are very approachable and are attentive to every need of the guests.

Nice Place inside Pink City

Amazing Service from the staff. Lovely Heritage Building and room were basic but clean, good value for money. Great breakfast like Masala Omelette and Toast Bread with cheap price.. Great location to walk around the bazaar inside the Pink City.

Totally recommend

I was totally happy to stay in this hotel, staff was really helpful with everything - giving advices about sightseeing, about pharmacy and doctor (unfortunately was sick when I arrived). Our room was clean, huge bad, small fridge, AC, even TV with Prime. Hotel is placed like in a few roofs - small labirynth, another interesting advantage for me. Next to room was terrace with chairs, tables to enjoy the Jaipur view (I think we were on height of 3rd floor). I recommend it to everyone!

Nice for a short stay

Nice, spacious rooms in an old Haveli. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lot of switches in the room, but not accessable from the bed. Instead of cable-TV I got Amazon prime. Due to the interior of the room, there was not storage. The one cardboard was filled with blankets. No hangars. Therefore I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. Room had hot water, 2 fans and A/C with remote.

Table and Bathroom sink not clean. Mattress soft and saggy. Weak WiFi connection in the room.
