About this apartment rental

Fantastic city center apartment close to everything but quiet at night.

We follow the guidelines in the prevention of COVID-19 and the apartment is cleaned thoroughly after every guest has left, we spare no expense in making sure you have a safe environment and a very enjoyable stay.

Ideal for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people remember we are in Chamonix town and its a studio apartment. Help given for all your needs i.e. Bus transfers, Lift cards, ski hire, bike hire, babysitting, and places of interest around Chamonix and anything else you may require to have a great holiday in Chamonix. Our staff speak several languages so do not be afraid to write in your own language

Chamonix is fantastic for hiking, biking, mountain climbing, paragliding, golf and basically any outdoor activity in the Spring, Summer, Autumn as well as skiing in the winter.

What I offer is an apartment that is two minutes from the town center so if you fancy a night out or a need a pint of milk late at night you have a two minute walk to a supermarket which is open!!!. There´s a money back guarantee if you are not happy with our location. The apartment is not huge (studio)but very compact what we don't have in size we have in top of the range utilities and electrical things and are constantly upgrading everything and most of ALL LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.There is NEW OAK FLOORS, a New double sofa bed in the main room( plus we have a new top mattress if you want it even softer in the storage compartment under the bed) 1 and 2 single beds in the hall separated by a door for privacy and with this its ideal for 2 but you can have up to 4 people (If you are 4 people £125- £150 pounds each for a weeks accommodation is extremely good value especially in Chamonix Mont Blanc but remember you are there to ski, do things etc etc not laze about the apartment all day). The apartment has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, brand new oven, new Induction Hob and microwave there is a BRAND NEW bathroom, new duvets and pillows, there´s a flat screen digital TV with Chrome caste set up for you to caste any apps you have and USB stick so download any films etc and watch them direct via the TV USB socket also HDMI DVD and a selection of DVD films and a PS 3 games consuls also a hard drive loaded up with films to just plug in and play, I phone 5,6 and 7 docking port, back gammon and chess. The balcony has been newly tiled offering the chance of outdoor eating in the summer months (We have an electric and grill) with spectacular views also a brand new tiled floor.

There is a fire extinguisher under the sink and a smoke detector fitted for added safety.

If you decide to rent our place we need to have a deposit and confirmation as soon as possible. There are bus transfer services from the airport (LET US BOOK YOUR TRANSFERS FOR YOU AS ALL PART OF THE SERVICE) you just pay the ticket price and we do all the bookings for you as part of your holiday experience with our apartment!! We are here to HELP the entire time.

We have a damage deposit that is taken when booking and is returned when you check out as long as there is no damage and the keys are returned(key holder is liable to pay for any cost incurred due to damages or breakages at your stay and the safe return of the keys). This is standard procedure in Chamonix and insures the apartment is in the same condition when you leave for the next client as you arrived. We normally like our clients checked in around 14-00 on arrival day and checked out around 10 am on departure day BUT we can be flexible if the the flights are favorable with the next clients or the apartment is available on check out day just ask, if you do have to check out there is a locked room where you leave your bags till later.

For short stays can even sort out towels, duvet covers, pillow cases and linen, we ask people to take their own as its too expensive for us to keep washing and drying for short term stays but 7 days and over this all linen and towels provided for free. If you don't want to take your own my Rep can put a package together for you on your arrival for a small fee please let us know in advance.

Just 1 last thing PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP DRUNK OR BE ABUSIVE in any way to our staff as this will result with you being refused entry and losing the money you paid as nobody who is doing their work needs this!!!! Look forward to hearing from you. Have a lovely day

A little gem.
A little gem.
This property is set in the heart of Chamonix with wonderful views of the Mont Blanc range from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped for all cooking and entertainment needs if required. We were incredibly lucky to experience 11 days of sunshine so the mountains were our playground. Steve is incredibly efficient and helpful during the booking stage, he even booked our transfer bus at a discount. The information about our arrival and meeting his representative was first class. He obviously cares that his clients have a good experience at the apartment. Jeni when we met her was a delight and quickly sorted a problem we had on the second day. I would certainly return to this property and the only reason I have given it a four star rating not five is it's size. It is very small but compact and in my opinion not suitable for four adults, a family with two children fine. We were just two adults so this was not a real problem once we had sorted out the logistics.

The apartment was nice and clean with everything you need for a ski break in Chamonix. It is in a great location for the slopes at Brevent and Flegere with bus stops to get to the other slopes not far away. With the town centre right on your doorstep. Stephen the owner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process even finding and booking the flight transfers. His assistance made the whole booking process very easy. Would recommend this property.

Great location in central Chamonix. Great communication with the property owner. Very quick to address questions and issues. WIFI hotspot in the apartment spotty. I would recommend this property.
