Fantastic

Everything was perfect for our long weekend with our kids. Apartment was very good size and very clean had everything we needed ( lovely touch of small hamper of bread cereal ect!) but the star of it for us was the pool and hot tub, we used this each night of our stay and we all really enjoyed, I would definitely stay again.

We did have one small issue with the hot water/heating but one phone call someone was there within 15 minutes and it was all fixed!!

Lovely, relaxing, convenient place to stay.

Location perfect for exploring the coast. Quiet area and good parking. Access to and the pool itself absolutely amazing, such a luxury for a real treat. Main bedroom and onsuite excellent. Kitchen area small but well laid out. Lounge area spacious.

The second bedroom was a bit cramped and too warm for us, but beds comfortable. Missed having a table to sit round and eat, but not the end of the world.

Would love to go back and especially in cooler weather

The property is wonderful and has all the required facilities. Maybe a little bit small however it is compensated by the style and design of tge flat. The owner is one of sweetest people we met. She welcomed us with a smile and was so friendly that we decided to go back again. We had access to the swimming pool but unfortunately we did not have time to use. There was a welcome basket by the ownser which is really sweet.

Maybe the room without a window needs a fan to circulate air. However I cant say it was an obstacle.

Super family weekend, we will be back!

Great location with parking. High spec throughout & everything provided for a short stay. Super clean & all beds very comfortable & internal access to the pool via apartment was great. Owner very friendly & helpful & welcome pack a lovely surprise. Shame the weather meant we couldn’t use the lovely private outside area; but made full use of the pool both evenings instead ☺️

Exceptional

Spent a few days with my elderly parents and what a fabulous place it was. Ideal location, beautiful apartment, Friendly family run, couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely stay again 😃

perfect relaxing weekend with everything on your doorstep

Absolutely everything!!

The only downside was the small single beds which would be ok for children but as an adult every time you turn over you nearly fell off so couldn’t go as an adult group

Fantastic stay!

Thank you Lorraine Karl and Victoria we had such a lovely stay. You were all very welcoming. The beach is a short walk. Total bonus of a pool to yourself. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and came in very handy. The apartment was extremely clean.

5 Star Accommodation/Hosts/Location - will be booking to return next year

This is our 3rd holiday at Sandpearl and we had such an amazing time again. Cannot rate the accommodation / hosts / location highly enough. We love everything about it. The swimming pool and hot tub are always spotless and well maintained and this year we had an added bonus of an en-suite in the master bedroom. The hosts are so warm and friendly and nearby if you needed anything. We are hoping to book again for 2024!

There is nothing we didn’t like about about our holiday at Sandpearl.

Disappointing

We booked this property because of it’s advertised pool. But when we arrived we were told that our time for the pool was very limited as for most of the time it was rented out for communal use only. This was extremely difficult for us and our children as we planned our holiday based on the pool. Also due to that we had no privacy as the whole day we had people passing by our window to get to the pool and there was noise the whole day from the classes taking place at the pool at all hours of the day. Also one of the showers didn’t work and WiFi was slow. Lorraine was a very good host and tried her best but unfortunately this didn’t make up for the above. We will never book this property again.

From the welcome on arrival to departure this place is a hidden gem. The welcome basket, apartment facilities and amenities including the swimming poo was superb. Just fantastic. Our host Lorraine was amazing, kind and attentive.

Excellent! We will be back

Very quiet, safe area for young children. Everything about our visit was excellent from start to finish. We particularly wanted access to a pool for young children and were very impressed with the pool facilities. Apartment was to a very high standard.

Lovely flat with own pool, great location and great hosts.

Lovely flat with own swimming pool. Beautiful location right on the sea front. Made very welcome by the hosts who also provided a generous welcome pack, including tea, coffee, breakfast items, biscuits and a cold bottle of Prosecco. we only only stayed for two nights mid September, but genuinely wish we stayed longer. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment with fabulous pool area

We all loved the apartment which is in a great location right opposite the beach and the pool area was brilliant. The host was lovely and we would definitely not hesitate to recommend to others. Can't wait to go back!

The perfect stay

It was just perfect in every way owner and staff were so nice apartment was stunning inside and out beach straight across the road to.the pool is amazing my kids had the best time and so close to everything you need and want for a family holiday.

There is not one bad thing a could say it really was a perfect stay.

All my family loved it

Superb host who was very very friendly and always available if we needed anything also brought some toys in for the children which was a really nice gesture.There was also a lovely welcome pack for us which was very much appreciated also the pool was absolutely brilliant and at a lovely temperature and lots of inflatables to us.Overall a brilliant 4 days keep up the great work and thank you.

Just the toilet roll holder which was very very loose a bit pinnicky I know.

Hot tub and pool perfecto

The area is wonderful, cross the road from the apartment, over the sand dunes and onto the beach. 10 minute walk to St.Annes town where there is no shortage of shops, supermarkets and eateries. The pool and hot tub on the premises was the highlight. Exclusive use at certain times during the day and all night from 7.30pm. On site parking but also loads of on street parking. There are relaxing mood lights around the built in TV wall unit and easy free access to Netflix and Prime. The shower has two heads and both very powerful. Plentiful supply of pool and bath towels all extremely clean and fresh. Apartment generally clean with very clean laundry. The hosts we met, Lorraine and her daughter Victoria are very friendly and helpful.

Apartment is small for six adults but perfect for couples or a small family.

Exceptional

Beautiful apartment which was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Host provided a welcome pack which was very generous and even included some prosecco. Access to private pool and hot tub was fab too. Definitely be back.

Felt like home but, better.

The pool is absolutely brilliant, they keep it extra warm for kids and our 5 month old daughter loved every second of it! When we arrived, we put our bags down and got settled to be greeted by a bottle of bubbly provided on the house. We asked Lorraine (the host) if we owed her anything for it and she very cooly replied “You don’t owe me a penny, that’s just a little thing I like to do.” We can’t wait to come back next year!

Lovely little break in Lytham

Lovely welcome goodies, accommodation and pool. Very clean and comfortable, loads of towels and attention to detail. Lorraine the owner is very friendly, welcoming and willing to answer any questions. We will definitely return, the kids would go tomorrow for the pool!! Just being able to walk down the corridor to the pool was great. 😊

There was nothing we didn't like, for a family of 4 the accommodation is fine. It may be tricky but not impossible to cook meals as the space is a little small for that but there are so many nice restaurants and take aways around we just ate out!
