Schönes moderne Hoteelanlage

Schönes modernes hotel. Nettes und aufmerksamer Personal. Ausreichend Liegen verfügbar und schöner Poolbereich. Super Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl.

Der Architekt hätte die Zimmer Anordnung besser machen können. Einige Zimmer haben eine schlechte Ausrichtung, teilweise ohne wirklichen Ausblick. Wir hatten Meerblick gebucht und bekommen, jedoch direkt über dem Restaurant.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, es hat alles gepasst. Direkte Strandlage einfach top, sowie die ganze Hotelanlage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. :)

Awesome experience! Highly recommended for adults only

The size of the room was pleasant. The breakfast and dinner were spectacular! beautiful private beach, comfortable beds The staff were experienced ,professional and kind Inner and outer decoration of the place is stunning Very quirt as we expected from an adults only hotel. close to Balos beach attractions. We decided to do the Samaria Gorge, which is 40 min by car from hotel.

, The timer of the air-condition while opening the door/s. It didn't restart immediately when closing the doors, but took several minutes, unless you start it manually

Séjour parfait !!!

Un hôtel à taille humaine, élégant, reposant par son design épuré, avec un personnel souriant et attentionné, une ambiance discrète mais animée.Nous avons vraiment aimé cet hôtel. Et concernant la restauration, chaque soir des plats différents et excellents, un petit déjeuner aux multiples saveurs,bref, parfait!!

Super schöne Resort aber etwas teuer.

An sich ein super schönes Hotel, sehr modern eingerichtet. Direkt am Meer, sehr schöner Pool. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Lage super um mit einem Mietwagen viele schöne Orte zu besuchen. Personal immer äußerst freundlich. Gut war auch der kleine Supermarkt gegenüber.

Leider war ich enttäuscht das bei der Halbpension beim Abendessen keine Getränke dabei waren. Sehr hohe Preise wenn man beim Abendessen was dazu trinken möchte. Oftmals war das Essen beim Buffet schon kalt, egal zu welcher Zeit wir da waren. Um die Hotelkatzen sollte sich etwas mehr gekümmert werden. Beim Frühstück wurde oft erst ein Kaffee angeboten wenn man schon fast fertig war.

Un merveilleux souvenir digne d’un 5 étoiles

La nourriture était extraordinaire. On ressent le savoir hôtelier dans les plats cuisinés et le fait maison des gourmandes pâtisseries. Buffet très varié. Le calme, l’ambiance relaxante et la zénitude qu’offrent cet hôtel permettent une vraie détente dans un cadre exceptionnel, paradisiaque. Les serviettes de la piscine à disposition. Hôtel très bien entretenu et personnel très agréable et à l’écoute.

-Hammam et sauna payant (très limite pour un 5 étoiles) -Le ménage de la chambre n’était pas toujours très bien fait même si les serviettes elles étaient changées tous les jours. Les draps eux étaient les mêmes durant nos 5 nuits. -La plage à améliorer, manque de charme et cocooning.

Nydelig opphold

Det var rolig og avslappende med en deilig atmosfære. Alltid solsenger ledig, rent og pent og all mat var nydelig.

Treningsrommet kunne vært større. Område som hotellet disponerte på stranda kunne med fordel vært mer delikat og forseggjort.

TOUT. Séjour incroyable. Hotel au delà de nos attentes. Tout était parfait, du personnel aux infrastructures. Un hôtel magnifique comme j’en ai rarement fait. On s’y sent roi. Le service est exceptionnel. Merci mille fois je reviendrais

Très bel hôtel moderne idéal en couple pour se détendre

L’accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, le personnel toujours aux petits soins, le buffet riche et varié avec beaucoup de spécialités grecques, la piscine magnifique avec vue mer, le bar avec soirées à thème, le spa, la salle de sport… ! Le tout a rendu inoubliable et très reposant notre séjour! On revendrai sans hésiter !

L’odeur de marécage le soir qui dérange un peu, la vue triste des chambres « supérieures », qu’on ne nous ai pas surclassé gratuitement comme ça se fait ailleurs car l’hôtel était très peu rempli

Wspaniały relaks.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny , nieduży, kameralny. Nowoczesna ciekawa architektura , parter i piętro, wspaniały bardzo czysty basen .Panuje spokój i cisza. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone , smaczne i świeże! Dużo greckich dań w eleganckiej formie. Polecam z całego serca !

Settimana rilassante

Struttura bellissima, moderna e soprattutto tranquilla. Abbiamo passato una settimana con nostra figlia di 2 anni e non ci è mancato nulla. La spiaggia di fronte ha la sabbi a grossa e poi i ciottoli e diventa profonda velocemente, nonostante questo è molto bella e l’acqua limpidissima. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere delle piccole tartarughe uscire dai loro nidi proprio sotto fronte all’hotel e andare verso il mare. Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile anche nei confronti di nostra figlia, che si è divertita tanto. Importante da tener conto è che i bagni nelle camere non hanno una vera porta: è collegato direttamente alla camera e sia la zona wc che la doccia hanno una porta di vetro satinato.

Forse l’unico appunto è che i lettini (molto bello e comodi) a bordo piscina non erano mai pulitissimi.

Modern hotel, great architecture, right on the beach, quiet, great staff, good service. Buffets were excellent and diverse. À la Carte dining by the pool is splendid. Thematic nights with saxophonist or DJ. Amazing cocktails.

Jederzeit wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns super gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung sehr modern und das Essen war ebenfalls toll. Es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes und wir haben uns tagsüber schon gefreut.. „was sie heute wohl leckeres zaubern?“. Der Strand ist direkt erreichbar, die Liegen sind kostenlos und es gibt einen Beachservice. (Man kann via Handy Getränke uns Essen von der Poolbar zum Strand ordern).

Wenn es was negatives zu sagen gibt, dann dass man durchaus mal durchs Zimmer hätte saugen können, statt nur zu wischen. (Und somit den ein oder anderen Krümel/fremde Haare auch entfernt, statt von der einen in die andere Ecke zu wischen).

Amazing, unbelievable and out of this world.

This hotel is out of this world. I was nervous when driving up to the hotel but as soon as I spotted I saw the hotel I knew I was in good hand. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to everyone! A staff member meeting us by the room and took our suitcase for us and then handing us some welcome drinks. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful. Our room was stunning, even though we booked the basic room it was definitely not basic, with water provided for us everyday and a living room. This pool was incredible and kids friends, we were even allowed to bring floats into the pool. There is an ice cream then comes around that kids enjoy. There is also a tennis court where you can go place and the beach is 10 second walk from the pool, the hotel is on the beach. The food was insane! Being a vegetarian the chef was able to change the menu around so we can enjoy our food. I will 100% be coming back to this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. I am already looking to book this hotel for next year.

The resort it self is well maintained and clean The room The swim up rooms The incredible super efficient and helpful and kind staff- the true stars of this resort - they all need to get a bonus in their paychecks The breakfast buffet and dinner The bus stop to Chania and other cities goes right in front of the resort

Charging 20 Euro for gazebo A little too quiet and dead vibe in the resort - maybe an outdoor cinema would been a nice event or some other activities Midday snacks/ light food should be included when you opt for half board - or make it full board - it’s sadly no option here

Superb

Great hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for. Quit place, not crowded with people, excellent breakfast, amazing pool and private beach.

I think it still needs to do some improvements to be granted as five star hotel. There were few annoying things that could be prevented and which made our stay much more convenient. For instance, our shower was leaking to the bathroom space which was super annoying. Also they don't supply conditioner and body lotion. These are small thongs but they would made our stay much better. Altogether I would recommend this hotel!
