Good facilities but not very comfortable at all!!

It was clean and the workers were very friendly.

The bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE and squeaky!!! We could hardly move in the bed without making noise. Also, the bathroom sink was leaking.

It was ok.

The property was clean and the lobby area inviting.

The rooms seemed to be partially updated. The shower and counters were lovely but the tub was old and had rust stains. The trim and door paint was chipped as was the vanity. The beds felt old and uncomfortable and the air conditioning make a loud noise when running. There was no way to use the desk area in the tool because there was no desk chair (Only a wingback chair.) and the tv was so large (Not usually something to complain about.) that it took up most of the desk area, including the area a desk chair should go and where we could have put the wingback.

Overall it was fine and served its purpose.

The amenities were nice.

The bathroom tub was dirty and the sink was clogged up. When we ran the water to brush our teeth the sink had a slow drain.

Very good

The breakfast was nice and worth the money. The staff kept the area clean and well stocked..

The elevator was slow and you had to wait. We took the stairs mostly because we were on the 4th floor. We used the valet parking and it was okay.

The stay was fine…my only issue was payment. My company sent prior authorization for payment but the guest service agent still charged my personal card. It has been a whole month since my stay and it still isn’t sorted.

hotel personnel were polite and accommodating, especially Charlie.

Colleagues were given a room with a door broken and cobbled back together at the lockset. This room should not have been rented to two single females at such a property.

If we were to leave the room for a bit in the day, we couldn’t lock the door. The small complementary lotion in the bathroom was used, literally empty. Every towel in our bathroom had either yellow or brown stains.

I felt safe and it was a nice Hotel but for the price should of been higher quality

The staff was very nice. The rooms are big.

I didn’t have shampoo in my room and was not aware until I was in the shower and already wet. There are not many channels on the TV. You can hear the TV through the walls.

Convenient and comfortable

We were in town for a sporting event. Location was convenient and hotel was clean and comfortable.

We endured our stay because of connivence, but won't be staying with them for future visits.

The location was perfect for us to be near our family. The staff were friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights and not once did anyone come and clean the room or replenish the towels. We had to ask for more. There wasn't a blow dryer in our room. When we first arrived to our room and was ready to leave for the day, our door wouldn't lock. We stayed until it was fixed and our room was secure. There wasn't regular-flavored coffee pods in our room either.

This hotel was clean and quite! The rooms were nice and spacious...good location being close to anything you may need but not crowded!

The lock on the door inside was halfway unscrewed but it still locked. Everything else was perfect

very disappointed.

location

despite having tv worked on and replaced, it never worked during 7 nights stay. housekeeping only came once and that was at my request. the sofa is very uncomfortable. the food service was always out of something and food was not hot. never received an invoice for my stay and cc shows unexpected changes.

This is a great hotel, especially last minute like we needed. We’re traveling and wanted to stop for the night.

Attention to details can make or break a hotel.

property was nice.

No hot water in shower. Water was Luke warm at best. No towels in our room. I had to go to front desk to request a set of towels. At check in I told the front desk person I wanted to charge my bill on my Bonvoy credit card she refused. stating that the credit card I reserved the room with had already been charged. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room. Our reservation was for two, however there was only one regular coffee pod and one decaf pod.

I checked in a 3rd floor room which didn’t seem clean to me. shower was dirty, ac and heater smelled bad so I was able to get a new cleaner room.
