we will definitely go back and will try to see other rooms.. we loved our Junior Suite.

very nice staff they had available 2 beautiful car to take you around if need for shopping or dinner , back and forth . AMAZING SERVICE LIKE A 5 STARS HOTEL

A LITTLE bit loud the music from the bar after dinner .. but windows were pretty strong.

Wonderful property!

Loved the yogurt parfait! Not a fan of the avocado toast. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. Courtesy car was great!

Won’t be returning. Back to The Colony, where there is some style and life

Coffee like poison out of a machine. Waiter completely disinterested. Unhelpful.

Bedrooms very small, amenities so small and inadequate. More like Holiday inn. Lighting ridiculous. Reception staff all dressed differently, not stylish, shabby hair, chit chatting with each other

Our stay was really special. We needed a little TLC , and got just that !

the service was fantastic. The staff were amazing, nothing was a bother and the pool area was great ! Loved the restaurant , and we will definitely stay again ! All of the little extra's at the pool were such a treat ! The pool service was amazing !

having a bell boy or someone outside to assist you with bags when you drive up to the hotel.

it is a very nice hotel in a great location

very clean and great location. friendly helpful staff

our room (306) was next to the janitor’s room and we were awakened two of the four nights at about 3 am by loud noises coming from that room. not sure what it was - perhaps an industrial dryer, plumbing, etc.

glad I stayed and tried it. room is pretty and clean and shower amazing!

it’s beautiful and the staff is very friendly

it operates more like a B&B than a full service hotel. room service ends at 10pm. there is no mini bar for food or drinks. there are no alternative down free comforters just simple cotton blanket for down allergic people like myself

Amazing experience, highly recommend to anyone with high standards

Amazing classic/historic building, with impeccable renovation, decoration with excellent taste and extreme attention to detail. The staff was very professional, very friendly and always available to help. Probably my best stay in any hotel in the USA in decades! highly recommend to anyone with high standards.

Good experiment, but facilities in boutique hotel public areas nil

Very tastefully don refurbishments and decor. A real pleasure as far as surroundings in hotel

There is no restaurant in the hotel. They rely on a restaurant called Lola's for catering. The place was packed with non residents and the noice was awful. Pounding music and loud people all shouting above noise. The food was just about ok, but a biit pretentious. In fact the hotel was rather pretentious. Also, nowhere to have breakfast except room which was too small to dine in. They offered a couple of doughnusts and coffee machine in lobby. But for $1,200+ a night could not recommend to others

Perfect get away!

Oh my goodness the staff was over the too nice! They have a car service to drive you all around the island. They hosted a beautiful happy hour and the place is gorgeous!! What an amazing birthday get away :)
