El olor a humedad que habia en los pasillos era desagradable , pero dentro de la unidad no habia humedad porque habia un deshumedecedor lo que estaba muy bien

Loved the location and conveniently located close to beach and airport

I didn’t like the smell in the hallway I’m not sure where the smell was coming from maybe the carpet but please look into that.

I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again if it wasn’t for the heavy moldy smell in the hallways.

Location is great, the building is really old and pretty on the outside. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

My original room was great but had a broken window, when I opened it to vent the steam in the shower I couldn’t get it closed back up, but the property manager moved me to another room to resolve the issue quickly. The second room was very cute too, comfy and clean but the toilet paper holder was broken and a chunk of the wall must have come off with it. But it didn’t really affect my stay it was just aesthetics only.

Great location, good value

Not luxe but a good value in a city known for exorbitant prices. Location is ideal and valet parking an unexpected bonus! Unit was small (not an issue for a solo traveler) but equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay -- including beach towels, chairs, umbrella. The courtyard/pool is lovely and the beach an easy 10-minute walk away. Nice grocery store across the street. Pharmacy/diner on the corner is a great place for a hearty and inexpensive breakfast. Short distance to The Breakers -- visit there for the opulence but stay here to spare your pocketbook.

Wish the fitness center had been open but if you're on vacation, skip the workout and take a walk around the area.

The place was so central. Next door to supermarket and nice restaurants.

The building was very old but undergoing renovations so hope soon it will be updated.

Disappointed in accommodations

The room was very small, the wall to wall mirror made the picture of the room look so much larger than it was. The construction going on next door prevented us from using the pool. I a, usually easy to please but must say I was very disappointed .

Too expensive for the facilities offered

Location, decoration

Dated property under renovation which they warned about but they didn’t say one would get dust on the face while going in an out. One valet parking guy in the morning rude, the other two were nice. The sofa bed is too small so they mislead suggesting the place can host up to 3 people, only if the 3rd is a kid willing to sleep uncomfortably. AC unit not independent either so the one in the living room freezes to get breeze in the bedroom. No easy access to beach. It is quite far from the municipal beach. Very expensive

Heaven on Penthouse 6!

The apartment was sunny, clean and beautiful. Loved the top floor location and the place could not be closer to our favorite restaurants as well as being walking distance from the Breakers golf course and hotel.

There is NO drawer space so we were living out of suitcases, which we do not prefer. There is plenty of space in the closet for a small armoire or chest with drawers. Also, if you are going to offer coffee, make sure there is plenty available for a 4 day stay - we also had to buy our own sugar. Other than that, the kitchen has a lot of amenities!

Beautiful bright room with a home feel

I loved the location, the attended entry, the theme of the room, how clean everything was. I expected it to be a lot smaller from reviews but it was perfect for me. I will be coming back!

Disappointing

There wasn't much to do in the area..the facility smelled like mildew during the entire stay...the room did not have housekeeping Service that came with the stay...parking was confusing and limited..

My room was super clean. Loads of space in the bathroom for cosmetics. Closet had beach accessories.

My room was modern and tastefully designed. Loads of space in the bathroom for cosmetics. Closet had more towels, beach accessories, ironing board etc. Coffee machine. This place literally had everything I needed!

There was no cloth or sponge to wash dishes.

Offer fresh hot coffee somewhere close...i brought my own coffee however, a keurig was in room...no big deal...but hot coffee in lobby or something

The location was terrific, as was the price for Palm Beach. There was no breakfast included, but having a Publix supermarket across the street was terrific!

The room was much smaller than expected. Not sure I would have stayed there if I had known. It might be good to include room size in the listing.
