Great Cosy Place

I stayed in the Deluxe Supreme room 702. It's a new refurbished room. Everything was great. Mighty spacious room. Comfortable beds. Variety choices of breakfast.

When i was at the parking barrier gate, the guard said i need to inform the receptionist when i checked in. Unfortunately, no information details were given during check-in to get the free parking fee. End up paying RM15 for the parking.

Dirty carpet, walls and all facilities inside the hotel. Unfriendly receptionist. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with their management but seems like they don’t bother all the complaints at all. Please avoid to book this hotel at all cost!

Not satisfying experience. Please improve your service.

The room was spacious. Tv was working.

The bath tub was leaking and I had to wait for an hour to get my room ready (apparently its the only suite). Towels were provided later of the day. Not happy with the cleanliness and also service.

I'll never went back to this hotel in my life even if this is the only place is safe during doomsday

Non of the things I like because it's really below my expectation or I would say, worst hotel ever lived from my life

Room - Smelly and sound proof from outside is bad, some of the places have obvious stains and cracks on the wall Shower room - from the picture, it shown there's bathtub but when open the bathroom door, there is no bathtub and no sufficient light in the toilet like haunted house's toilet + dusty +smelly too The cleaning staff is ok tho as they tried their best to spray essence in the room, front desk service is okok too, but for a RM 100+/night hotel standard, it's really bad (more room for improvement if you prefer this way) During night time, there's pub nearby and you cannot sleep well, checked out before 2am because the hotel is not for human to sleep in In short: Cleanliness: Smelly, dusty (made my partner had Sinusitis and got better after leaving the hotel), stains and cracks Sound proof: If you did not plan to sleep at night, you may choose to stay in this hotel Staff: Depends if you mind the service is so so Location: A little hard to find, have to ask 2 security guard to find my way at first Parking: Sufficient parking

For Room 706, there is a wet patch of stain, don't know where it originated from..plse fix the stain.. it is not a good sight to see..

The porridge is nice and have easy access (bridge) to MRT Taman Connaught.

Worst hotel ever! The bathroom is flooded with water after a shower (no proper drainage). Bedsheet is dirty with stains. The room is dusty and have unpleasant smells. The breakfast is nothing special (recommended not to opt for it), buffet is out of food and very slow to restock, the nasi lemak is uncooked. I requested (3 times) for room with bathtub, via phone calls (twice) and at reception in the morning before check in at 3pm, the staff have no courtesy to call/inform me on the unavailabilty.

Good water pressure, clean, friendly staff, comfort bed, good aircond, easy access to mall.

No water dispenser, its more better if hotel can provide water dispenser at any point in each floor or maybe in lobby,.. Towel provided not complete, have to request to send towel/mini towel, if you bring alots bag, no one staff will help you to the room or open the door, have to do it by yr self

Just okay but not good, but overall its nice to stay.

The room have a musky carpet smell, i got allergic reaction for the night, resdung people can relate. the bed was comfortable but the pillow so thin and got only 1 extra pillow. the breakfast was okay but not many choices, the fresh milk was mix with water sooo kinda meeehhhh..

There was very loud music at the level 5 at the night. We can't sleep well because of it. Slow check in process.
