Correcto con algunas cosas a mejorar

La atención en todo momento para el check in, atendiendo al WhatsApp al momento. Me dejaron dejar mi equipaje toda la tarde tras el check out. El apartamento es correcto y tiene cocina para poder preparar algo.

Lo peor el baño. Olía mal e inundaba el resto de habitacion, probablemente porque se haya despegado el bote sinfónico. El lavabo es minúsculo, estaba deteriorado por el agua al ser el mas económico del mercado y daba mala sensación y no hay donde apoyar las cosas. En la mampara de ducha faltaba un cristal por lo que se sale el agua. Creo que son algunos típs fáciles de solucionar para dar mejor servicio. Una mesa baja para trabajar también podría ser una buena opción. Lo demás estaba correcto.

Od ubytování byla krátká docházková vzdálenost do historického centra města.

Ubytování nás velice zklamalo. Bylo by dobré ubrat více techniky a přidat praktičnost. Vstup do objektu je pouze přes online připojení. Světelné čidlo buď svítí dlouho nebo krátce. V pokoji chybí místo pro položení zavazadel. Barový stůl a barové židle jsou nepohodlné. Postel je velice měkká a nepohodlná. V koupelně je malé umyvadlo, u kterého se nelze umýt. Lednice byla uvnitř špinavá. Celkově ubytování nelze doporučit starším lidem.

Clean and reasonably equipped. Small but adequate for my needs. Easy check in. Lift

No particular dislikes . Be aware if using the University car parking as my car was deliberately scratched. There are morons everywhere.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio

El gestor de la propiedad respondía con rapidez y era muy amable. Solicitamos poder quedarnos unas horas más por motivos de teletrabajo y nos facilitó mucho la gestión ofreciéndonos una habitación que tenía vacía (por supuesto a cambio de un importe) para acabar de pasar la jornada laboral. La relación calidad precio es muy buena, si bien las instalaciones no son las más lujosas, el importe es bajo y se está a gusto.

Las habitaciones se encuentran dentro de lo que sería un piso que se ha destinado al uso turístico, el espacio de entrada es muy reducido. Nos encontramos con otras huéspedes y se complicó el poder pasar a la vez. La habitación que reservamos era muy pequeña, en las fotos se veía notablemente diferente; aunque la cama era cómoda y estaba correctamente equipada, con un aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente.

Es moderna

Los cubiertos estaban super sucios con tropezones de a saber qué, el cazo lleno de chocolate pegao, escasos utensilios de cocina y vajilla, dos platos, dos vasos, dos tenedores, dos chuchillos y dos cucharas. La vitrocerámica es portátil y ni siquiera va, tuve que pedirme un glovo cuando mi intención era no gastar en comida. Con el barrio hay que llevarse cuidao. No había donde aparcar. No iba la calefacción. La luz del baño es automática y dura un minuto, si te duchas será a oscuras. Las vistas a un patio mugroso que parece el patio de la cárcel. El check in ha sido un lio, me ha hablado un robot al wasap que me abría las puertas él solo y no he podido hablar con nadie. Las imágenes son engañosas ya que parece mucho más grande y es enano.

Solo las imágenes que hay en internet

El baño sucio, se escuchan las cañerías, el responsable no está y todo tiene que ser a través del teléfono, no hay una simple cafetera para hacerte café, la cama para una noche vale, pero no más días, demasiado pequeño apenas cabes Será la primera y última vez que reserve, muy mal Es un piso que ha sido dividido en 3 habitaciones Falta de mini neceser La ubicación en un barrio muy malo, lo único bueno es que está prácticamente cerca del centro Muy mal todo

La ubicación, zona no muy alejada del centro para ir andando a diez minutos

Un piso dividido en varias "suites" por un pasillo que se escucha todo pegado a la cama y las ventanas básicas que dejaban pasar todo el ruido de personas, circulación etc..

I guess you get what you pay for.

Very comfortable bed, full sized fridge, very clean (except on top of the ceiling fan🙈) Aircon was great. Peaceful after 11 pm. Located near to the station and a supermarket

We stayed in 5a The view wasn't exactly exciting (I know that's not the owners fault) and the place was generally tired and in need of some TLC. Bed side table slopes, mould around window, bathroom unit held together with tape.

No lo recomiendo ni repetiré

Ubicación

El edificio antiguo, el baño olía mal los desagües, el lavabo era extremadamente pequeño, las toallas no estaban limpiasl, no había alfombra de baño, el papel higiénico 2 rollos pero empezados, nada de geles en nonodosis, los utensilios de cocina escasos. Las luces con sensor en el baño no es útil, ya que estabas en la ducha y se apagaban. Por otro lado, solicité entrar antes a las 14.00h que llegue a Cartagena y no fue posible.

We did 30 minutes by car to find a parking spot. Not the best experience. The sink of the bathroom was a micro one where you could not even fit your hands inside.

Great apartment close to everything

It was close to everything... all the sites, restaurants and attractions were 15 min walk... the beach was a 10 minute drive...

The micro fibre towels..terrible to dry after a shower...

bearable and no more

The room was well designed.

When I ran water down the washhand basin dirty water came up the shower and made a terrible smell. The fridge door did not close properly and I beleive the food was not kept cool enough. The gas water heater had a maintenance sticker marked 2021. the gas water heater in my room was shared with other rooms. When people in other rooms turned their water on my gas water heater ran. The neighbour in the flat above kept scraping the furniture across his or her wooden floor regularly. The bin pedal was broken, there was wires coming out of the bathroom wall.

The location close to the bus and train stations and distance from soghts ie Castle

As discussed with host states washing machine. This is shared and also used to wash all units linen. Then this was dried on our balcony

Noise could be heard in nearby rooms quite loudly. Surprised as it was advertised as an apartment there was no hob or oven.

central apartment but could be more practical

The apartment is close to the train station and the central bus station. It is clean and the owner is friendly though he was not present. He did his best to respond to my wishes though it took some time because of his absence.

To me it felt a bit typical for airbnb: basically the apartment has everything but it’s not very practical and thoughtfully organized: The bed was covered with a plastic sheet like for small children, the blanket was extremely thin annot appropriate for the season. The pillow covers were open so the pillows slipped out all the time. In the bathroom there is no storage space to put anything. The light in the bathroom is really bright and automatic so you’re sure to be awake if you go to the bathroom at night. There was no foot mat to keep the floor dry. Also the electric heater has a bright red light which I found unnecessary especially during the night. The kitchen was sparcely equipped, a wine glass or two would’ve been nice. I have the impression the fridge and freezer didn’t cool down very much. The walls are pretty thin and the bed went directly to the elevator: That was often pretty loud but in the night it calmed down and was ok. Basically the apartment fills all the boxes but you do feel there is nobody “live” around who is really in touch with the guests and their needs.

A good apartment

Good location, 15m walking to city center. Neighborhood is not excellent, but is very near the bus and train station Good Wi-Fi A bit small. Good for 1 person. 2 persons it’s a bit complicated

If you don’t have internet or WhatsApp in your phone it I’ll be very difficult to go inside the apartment. As you don’t have any physical contact with the owner, but only by internet, even to open the door at first time, that can be a problem.

A VERY, VERY POOR MATTRESS

We liked the location as it is very close to the train and bus stations.

The smell on arrival. Although the place was clean the whole place smelled of feaces which went away quickly once we opened the windows to ventilate. The mattress is of substandard quality and should have been changed years ago as the springs were sticking into our bodies. It was a terrible night and experience.

Well equipped apartment in great location

Although a small apartment, we had everything we needed for a short city break. Location was very good, bed comfortable and ceiling fan really appreciated as would have been very hot otherwise. We enjoyed our stay here, and the remote access worked really well once we located the entrance door.

Could have done with a cupboard or more shelving to be able to unpack clothes, especially if staying for more than a couple of nights. A photograph of the entrance to the building would be useful as there is no sign outside to say you are at the Carthago Suites.

We were delighted and will go again, but in cooler weather, no aircon but there was an overhead fan

It was my first experience of using this method to access the apartment. I was not really expecting it to be done by text, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow We messaged on arrival, our host texted us ( WhatsApp )step by step how to gain access

I read , You will be texted the code on the day , to mean on the day of arrival I would receive a text with instructions I would suggest the following for clarity You will receive instructions step by step on how to access the suite. Message your host on arrival and follow each text as directed

Clean and good location for a night in Cartagena.

The apartment was nice, clean and well located. comfortable for short stay for couples, would recommend.

There were some food leftovers in the fridge which we didn’t expect.

A modern, clean airy and bright apartment in a great location by the train station and only a short walk down to the port. Really helpful staff too- will be recommending to friends and family for future visits to Cartagena

Great place

Location was great. Right by the train station (in most towns that's a rough area but not in Cartegena). Easy walk to waterfront, Calle Mayor etc. Spacious apartment with a very good shower. Supermarket right across the street.

Hard to recommend to others as I want too keep this gem too myself 😅

Everything was better than I had expected really. Completely contactless check-in via smart phone lock on the door. Large and nicely decorated apartment, Smart TV with netflix account and the mattress was exceptional.

Wasn't the easiest too find as the address had taken us further up the street but sorted very quickly with the helpful receptionist through WhatsApp.
