The location is good. Even it is in the west side, but very close to the cross ferry, which works 24/24. The owner mustafa is do nice, he offers me tea everyday. And give me the suggestion to the tour side.

We liked have a lounge where we could relax after a busy day sightseeing.
The owner was very good at communication and organised things for us. The pick from the bus was great, we were able to see Karnak and Luxor temples while he waited and looked after our luggage. The day tour of the West Bank of Luxor was also amazing.
The apartment is great value for money, it could do with a little TLC but for the price and location I had no complaints
The apartment could have been cleaner.

When we arrived, the landlord suggested that we change hotel to Old Nile, which was a perfect hotel, very nicely situated, with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Our host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for Mustafa. He even drove to the airport to drop off my wedding ring after I left it behind!
The bathroom shower had a tendency to spray outside the bathtub and with no shower curtain this lead to water on the floor.

no ac in one of the rooms, was so warm, not clean at all, and they were asking for a good review almost at the firsts minutes. Not so well located.

Location 10 minutes walking to a ferry, restaurants, grocery stores. Owner met us at the bus station and ordered taxi like we asked.
The apartment was dirty, broken toilet seat, no towels, toilet paper, soap. Also no sheets in the bedroom. In the kitchen which is connected to a living room were rests of food in the sink and super super hot. WiFi was terrible. We did not have a refrigerator in the apartment. The one we could use was in the corridor and was not working. The only connection in the apartment with staff was minor old boy (maybe 10 years old) so, directly we couldn’t get any usable informations about anything.

It was in a good location to walk to the ferry to get to the East Bank. The host was friendly and provided good advice. He was also very helpful by picking me up and dropping me off at the airport. Overall, it is a good deal for the price.
The outdoor area appeared to not be used in a while. It was difficult to open the main entrance door with the key.

friendly owner, perfect location. situated in the quiet area but 10 mins walking distance to public ferry port, cafes, & restaurants
owner telling me to write review on the spot, luckily everything is exceptional

I very much enjoyed the host, the host's hospitality, and that he helped us arrange the excursions, the driving, and the food, it was wonderfully delicious!
Not so many things, it was absolutely wonderful and delightful.

Looking for an affordable apartment that won't break the bank? Look no further! While this cozy abode may not be squeaky clean, it more than makes up for it in unbeatable value. With a price that's sure to leave you smiling, this place is a steal!
Despite some minor tidiness issues, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Plus, its prime location makes it easy to explore the city and discover nearby attractions. Don't let a little dust deter you from experiencing this hidden gem. With its incredible affordability, you simply can't go wrong!

The host, Mostafa, is great and very helpful.

the host was amazing, he gave us the superior apartment as a gift and offered to take us to know the city. Also was our driver to the airport (with additional cost). Overall excellent experience and incredible hospitality. Worth the money.
Minor maintenance defects.

Peacefully located on the way to Kings’ Valley , extra clean and cozy guesthouse. Super friendly owner that did his best to ensure our pleasant stay: he allowed an early check in, welcomed us with tea and let use a shower before our night departure🙂Highly recommended!

My partner and I are back packing Luxor to Ciaro. After a busy day, we booked into Bella -Vista. Close to the Nile opposite a beautiful banana tree field. We were greeted and welcomed into a wonderful home by Mostafa. After being introduced to his wonderful family, he made us tea and then showed us to our room. Beautiful size. Lovely windows, 2 balconies, sitting room, kitchen fersilitys, shower room including bath and a nice large bedroom. He invited us to his other villa up the road by the river. However we were so exhausted we gave it a miss. (which the next day we truly wish we did) In the morning, His amazing wife made us a beautiful breakfast on the top balcony overlooking Luxor. It was the best breakfast we had so far on our trip.
Mustafa took us around the area. dropped us off and picked us back up later that day. we then went to his other villa, which was truly spectacular. I've honestly never left so welcomed in my life. with lunch by the river, we truly wish we found this place a few days prior. such a short time in such a beautiful hidden gem. 100% a magical experience.

Location was only a 10 min walk to the boat jetty if you wanted to reach the other side of the river where the museums are located. Breakfast was perfect Egyptian food and kept us energetic and full till lunch time. Mustafa was very polite and was a great help to us and guided us throughout our trip at Luxor.
Nothing much to mention.

The location and the staff.
The shower wasn't the strongest part of the hotel.

I really recommend this apartment and especially the host! We felt very welcoming and comfortable staying at Mustafa’s place. He and his family were very friendly and helpful, we even got a free room upgrade! The breakfast was phenomenal and super delicious. The building’s location is further outside from the touristic zone at the river bank which we enjoyed. On the rooftop you will get a nice view over the landscape as well.

Nice location and close to West Bank tourism.
They arranged pickup for us at mid night and we have safely landed there and spent good time.
Owner is responding very well for our queries and concerns and is very flexible.
Good to opt a vehicle with driver from him who shows us all the attractions there.
Our driver is also quite nice and flexible.
Overall, we felt very safe and secure over there.
Host also lives in the same property which is quite good.
Even if you think, it is far from railway station, you just need to plan the tour from the west side. Then, we don’t miss anything in terms of time.
Nothing much to complain except some internet issue which is actually seems to be a typical problem in Egypt service providers. Internet is getting interrupted after some time. But, speed is good when it is working.

Very welcoming staff, Mustafa was very helpful to having good prices for activities (hot ballons, private guides and taxi).
The flat was close to the Nile, good location to visit the city.
Really lovely rooftop and indoors.
To finish, it’s possible to pay a breakfast and a dinner in extra. It was very good with local food.
Thank you Mustafa !
If you want to cook in the kitchen, there is not enough equipment.

Ok, so this review is NOT for Luxor Bella Vista Apartments and Hotel where I spent my first night. The taps flooded the floor so the owner took me to another property he owned, the Old Nile hotel. The Old Nile was wonderful, peaceful and directly across a mosquito-free estuary from a banana plantation. Amazing food where I often asked for half-portions because I could never eat it all. Staff was amazing, a really interesting and friendly mix of foreign travellers, and easy access to the West Bank temples. East Bank sites like Karnac and the train and bus station are a 5 Egyptian Pound ferry away.
I should have stayed longer.

The best ful, falafel and cheese I've tasted in Egypt) Fresh and delicious
Accomodation clean and stylish, enough blankets (it's not that warm in Egypt now, so it's of importance actually 🙂)
Place has some Osmanic influence) Spacious and comfortable.
It's situated on the West bank of Nile, where the Valley of the kings is. To get to Karnak (East coast) you could use a ferry boat or taxi
Be prepared that there is no Uber in Luxor and prices for taxi tend to be higher than in Cairo

Everything, the location is great, close to main attractions, safety is high. I am a single woman and nobody disturbed me in my room.
The host, mister Mostafa is very fair and helpful person, thanks for a fantastic stay.
Appartment is with kitchen, and 2 shops with fruits and vegetables are just in a walking distance.
It's noisy from a street, but, I would not want different windows, cos thouse in an apartment are very authentic and stylish, and I had a beautiful view of banana farm.

Great host, clean and welcoming room with balcony and nice view! The room is big and has place to cook. The price is affordable, the owner treated us like friends, asked us if we need help with some tickets, treated us with local tea, booked us a hot air balloon, helped us change money. The hotel is in a very convenient location, a 5 minute walk from the ferry, and a taxi ride away from the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut. Highly recommend! Love Egypt!
Everything was perfect

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Very good place to stay and cook food for yourself with family.
Tour prices offered and car services offered by Mustafa can be better. He says he is a guide but he doesn't show anything around, he doesn't arrive on time to pick up from attractions.

Mustafa is a world class gentleman. Upon arrival, I was met with the utmost hospitality. I ended up switching to the Old Nile Inn, his other hotel property which I especially enjoyed. Mustafa even took me around all the best sights of Luxor for 4 days, which included going to off-the-beat + majestic ruins and tombs. Additionally, I was treated to incredible home-cooked dinner in his family's home. His wife, Hannah, is a fantastic chef and added to the hospitable experience. I was sad to leave Mustafa and Egypt. He made my trip amazing for me and I am forever grateful for the bond and friendship we now share. I cannot recommend Mustafa and his wonderful, cost-effective, safe, and comfortable hotels enough. It is very important to have someone you can trust in a place like Luxor and Mustafa is truly a trustworthy and knowledgable guide to ensure an excellent Egyptian experience. 5/5!

The place is beautiful inside but does need a few minor improvements. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious.
Mohamed is very nice and always answered promptly when I had a question. His wife is a blessing on earth. She is soft spoken, helpful and caring. The world surely could use more people like her around.
There is an awesome and affordable restaurant right next door.
A few small problems need to be addressed and require a handyman.

Mustafa was super welcoming since the first moment, he try to do everything he can to makes us have the best time in his place. He helped used with our tours, food, transportation and everything we might need even though is not necessary to do everything with him, we decided to go with him and we couldn't have made any better decision. He and his crew, specially Juda and Ali (sorry if I mispelled the names) were the nicest people we could ever imagine to meet in Luxor. The installations where ok with minor details, but in a great location to explore the area and an amazing view. Thank youfor everything guys! Hope to see you again 😁
The shower was broken, so it leaked on the top a bit of water and splashed everywhere, but it didn't prevent you to take a shower, so it's only a small detail.
