Very disappointed with the lack of effort made by the hosts.

Location was OK. It was clean, but seemed cramped.

Hosts were not very accommodating. We were given 2 espresso pods even though we were staying for 3 nights. When we asked for extras we were told to go buy them. Where? I purposely booked this apt because it had a washer, and we were given 2 laundry pods. Again, if we wanted more we were told to go buy them. When I contacted them to get directions for the washer (I sent pics) I did not hear back from them. I texted again and asked for directions. I was sent a 17 page instruction manual in FRENCH! We do not speak French, so that was worthless. I had to contact a friend in Seattle to help us figure out how to use the washer. The day we left, I found a stack of instructions manuals in the cupboard that included one for the washer in ENGLISH! Did they not know they were there? We also went to take a shower the first night and the bath soap and shampoo bottles were empty. My suggestions for them: *Have coffee pods available and charge a fee per pod. Don’t be so cheap *Leave instructions manuals where people can find them and use them. *Again, charge a fee for extra laundry soap. You really expect people to go out and buy a full box of pods when they only need one extra one?

Great location in Avignon. Just around the corner from the market. Small cosy apartment with good facilities.

Air-conditioning unit was very noisy. Also the unit had to be vented through the bedroom window which meant you cannot close this window. It then let's in street noise. During weekends and festival time this area is very noisy until early hours of the morning.

I really did like the property overall - would have liked a few disclaimers before arrival.

I loved the location, size and for the most part cleanliness (I found a hair on my pillow). I also felt secure.

I didn't like the extra documentation after I had booked, also didn't like that the free parking was really public parking & the closets paid parking. Wifi was not good for uploading my travel pics.

Cute Apartment in a Great Location!

The location was central. You can walk from the Avignon Central train station easily. The apartment was nice. At night we could have used an extra cover on the bed. We found that we needed to open the windows to have some airflow.

It was the first time we have ever been asked to remove all the garbage from the apartment. It was apparently not included in the cleaning fee. Not the end of the world but annoying when you are trying to leave with all your luggage as well. It would also be great to know the apartment is also in a stairwell. It took us a bit to find it. The front door was a challenge with a 6 code number pass that often took 2-3 tries before the door would open.

Great location and spacious place. Excellent security. Good communication ahead of time so very well prepared and well supplied with necessities of travel like a washing machine

Could not get comfortable in bed, just too short and pillows are all wrong. 2 coffee pods for the 2 of us for 2 nights did not help when committed to a pod device

A very central, clean and tidy modern apartment.

Very central in the old city. About a 15 minute walk from the train. station. Small, but a very functional, tidy, and clean apartment. We had all we needed. There is a large very powerful portable air con unit set up in the bedroom. Slightly noisy, but it did not bother us. There are all the services you need at your finger tips including a mid sized supermarket 2 mins from the apartment. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Less than a 10 minute walk to the papal palace. It was a great stay.

Nothing we did not like. It is small, so more than 2 people, it might be a bit cramped.

Good stay, great location, poor parking.

The location was great. Easy Access to everywhere in Avignon. The value of the property for the time and time of year was fantastic.

There is no onsite parking. And the recommended parking was virtually impossible to get to with all the construction. Additionally, the routes are blocked part way through the day with retractable bollards. I highly recommend that people park at the Palais des Papes. It is easy to get in and out of, reasonable price, and an easy walk to the property. The property does not have a view out the window.

Super location with lots of pluses both inside and nearby.

Located in a vibrant area within the the city walls. Good internet. washer/dryer but need instructions in English too. Great bakery and groceries close by. Great big shower. Triple security.

Parking was quite difficult. The tv was not programmed for use. If You don’t have access to the Internet leading up to the rental, there will be difficulty in getting in.

Superb

The apartment is modern, quite spacious and very clean, in a perfect location to visit Avignon and 2-minute walking to a big parking. The self check-in and check out was very convenient.

During our stay the weather was very hot and the apartment has no A/C. Adding a fan would have been very appreciated.
