Exzellentes Hotel mit kleine Mangel

sehr gutes Personal, Essen und Lage. Gute Sauberkeit, sicheres Hotel. Die Sauna und kleine Poolanlage fand ich toll. Da kann man sitzen, lesen, Musik hören und baden, Handtücher kann man in der Rezeption holen.

Im mein Doppelzimmer der Kategorie Standard war der Klimaanlage direkt über das Bett montiert, außerdem handelt es sich um ein relative altes Model, der relativ laut ist.unmöglich ohne earplugs zu schlafen. Bettwäsche rutschen ständig, da zu klein für die Matratze. Die Glasfenster sind nicht warmisoliert und werden tagsüber für mehrere Stunden extrem heiß, Sonnenschutzfolie würden die Wärme bzw. Stromverbrauch eindämmen. Ausserdem fehlen Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby, da sind zu wenige vorhanden.

Atendimento da equipe foi excelente. A vista maravilhosa.

Não há muitas opções de comércio nos arredores. Distância da praia, apesar de não ser muito longe, mais ou menos quatro quarteirões, o trajeto não é muito agradável e não inspirou muita segurança.

Great value and good hotel.

The hotel was very organized and had a lot of amenities such as a beauty salon, pool, gym. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

There was a large event happening at the same time as our stay and there is no control at the elevators to the hotel rooms. So anyone could enter the hallways to our rooms which could be unsafe. Also the door sill and inside lock of our bedroom was broken and had not been repaired. All this being said. We had no security problems and there was security downstairs which helped.

The AC and carpet are not very clean so you can breath the dust specially if you are allergic.

Would not return.

The bathroom smelled bad, there was a smell like sewage. The electricity only works when you’re in the room with your card plugged in which means your things don’t charge when you’re not there. Half of the machines in the fitness center weren’t working. Room is very cramped and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was below average. Frozen fruit, or, maybe just bad. Pillow had plastic cover on it, which made it impossible to use.

location in boa viagem is ok. swimming pool long and clean, efficient gym

the check in : it was midnight and it took 40 minutes. i don’t know what the process is but totally inefficient. the breakfast is also not very good only 3 elevators for the whole tower, and never all functioning at once all in all, it’s ok, but not what you could expect from the price and the publicity
