Fabulous property....so comfy and spacious. Beautiful garden area ..a real sun trap. Walking distance to all amenities , restaurants and supermarkets yet house is quiet and has lovely open outlook over the hills.

The accommodation is beautifully presented. It's clean, extremely well equiped and conveniently situated in quiet surrounding for both local amenities and exploration of the imposing Cairngorms countryside both by car and on foot. The owner (Fiona) has thought of almost everything from decent pots and pans, for those with a mind to self cater, to the lovely spa cabin housing a hot spa tub so appreciated after climbing the challenging Craigellachie (well, challenging at my age). The showers were fantastic! This accommodation is not cheap but, for us, it's not so much the cost as what one gets for the money and we came away thinking it was worth every penny. Finally, if there's one thing Aviemore is not short of its places to eat or takeaways from fish and chips to an ice cream parlour. You certainly wont go hungry.
I'm going to nit pick now but for the cost it would have been nice had there been a few basic toiletries on arrival, and a small bottle of milk for a cuppa, much like in a hotel for instance. Other than that, there's nothing to criticise. Well done to Fiona.

Excellent location
Loved the hot tub
Able to use the skis/boards/sledges at the propert
Bed a touch soft for our taste but otherwise totally amazing and would definitely stay again

Modern, comfortable and great location. Loved the hot tub.
Top floor toilet and sink noisy due to being a macerator system. Not a big problem though.

What a beautiful property, we were blown away by how comfortable it was, how thoughtful all the wee details were and how close to the centre of Aviemore it is.
There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property & our stay.

Great location, with all the required facilities, the hotel tub was a bonus.

Stylish newly decorated property and perfect location close to the centre of Aviemore. Fiona really wanted to ensure we had a good time.
Everything we needed for our stay had been thought about. Will definitely be back in the future.

Lovely house at the heart of Aviemore. There were five of us and there was sufficient dining space, three bathrooms and enough cutlery and dishes.
Everything was really nice, if I have to suggest any improvements, I would say that most pots are not compatible with the induction hot plates.

We loved the decor, how cosy it was and how spacious it was plus the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch
Only a small issue but the breakfast bar stools aren’t the comfiest and we don’t like eating in the living room so ate our meals there with sore bums!

Welcoming. Nice touches to decor. 3 bathrooms. Very close to town.
Check-in email didn't have the entry code in it.

Great location, clean comfortable home
The door lock was sometimes an issue

Beautiful - tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and really well equipped.
Large rooms
3 full bathrooms was an added bonus and the top floor room with en-suite is fabulous.
Amazing views to Cairngorm especially from top floor.
Close to the village centre in residential street - had no problems parking outside.
Nice wee area out the back for outdoor eating and barbecue - with charcoal and lighters provided under the sink.
Plenty of towels and extra pillows
Nespresso machine & pods .... which was a nice extra facility.
All in all a fantastic place and we were delighted from arrival to departure.
A couple of sockets didn't seem to work- one in twin bed room and one in kitchen (one for Nespresso machine).
No outside bins in garden to empty house bins into.

Great property, 3 great sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and outside space! Walking distance to town. Great location. Have stayed in Aviemore hotels before but this was great having lots of space for the family. We will definitely be returning.

Location. Views (except of the back garden). Indoor space. Bathrooms. Huge beds. Decent heating system. Next door neighbours. Check in instructions. A bit more investment and this is a four star establishment.
Lack of a deeper cooking pot. Lack of BBQ facility - even couple of raised rocks to place disposable bbq onto. Top bedroom lacks blinds and whilst not overlooked it let's too much light in first thing in the morning. Apparent tension on the street because of guests using limited parking spaces - not an issue where a single car is parked outside the property. Back garden definately still work in progress but for now not for use by younger kids.

The house itself is lovely with a great living room and kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and lovely to have a bathroom each. The back garden was a bonus - a lovely sun-trap for the morning coffee.

A beautiful property within minutes of the very centre of Aviemore. Everything we needed, including a coffee maker, was available within the property. Bonus that we could also take our dog.
There was nothing not to like.

Lovely house, nice rooms and cozy living room. Super close to the town centre were nice restaurants can be found, also a sweet shop and a tesco. We found in the house a great travel book with walks and hikes that can be done close around, which made our holidays all much better :)
The mattress on the upper room was a bit too soft for us, couldn't turn around without waking up the other.

Only issue we ran into was the drains in the shower were very slow so we had to be careful when showering to ensure water didn't come out of the shower tray.

Loved the house, the decor was really lovely and very fitting for the highlands. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything you would need, beds all really comfy and the location was great - a short walk into the centre of town. Good WIFI and Netflix all set up on the TV which you dont always get but was well used.
I suppose the garden was a little basic, no grass. Had we been staying in the summer it would be nice to sit out and BBQ but as it was Oct, BBQ's were not really on cards !!
