Superb

Good central place in Athens, not too far from the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, had all facilities you could ask for. Convenient location for cafes etc.

The apartment building itself is a little worn down. The lights in the hallways either didn’t work or we couldn’t find the light switch in the dark, which was a little tricky when coming back at night.

Perfectly located, very clean, cozy furniture that brings feeling of home, very helpful and kind owner. Would highly recommend.

Would be great to have a full size mirror, property instructions on house rules (how to handle the rubbish, linen, towels at the departure or anything else importat for the owner), a pair of scissors.

fantastic place to see Athens from

great location, clean and spacious, really easy to find and access and has everything we needed

toilet flush is intermittent and papers must go in the bin - but this is true of Athens all over so just something you have to adapt to, not a fault of this listing whatsoever

Superb

Very good location. There are a lot of caffe, restaurant and bars arround. Near is metro station. Athenes metro ir easy to understant, cheap and quick. Apartments was clean, everything was okay. A little bit noisy behind doors - in staircase, you can hear than someone opens or closes the door, but my wife didn' hear anything. Air condition works well. We rocommend :)

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in an ideal location, especially if you want to visit the city center. All the tourist attractions are reachable by metro (5mins to the closest station), taxi (5-10mins) and even walking (35-40mins tops). The surrounding area is full of cafes, restaurants and shopping centers. Also loved the facilities and found the price VFM! I would surely rebook again :)

Happy to have chosen the place

We were both very impressed of the place and facility, was really spacious and had a lot of room. The location was also quiet enough for resting from all the day being outside and we liked the small balcony. Host was responsive in answering, good instructions given to enter and easy pickup of the key. Metrostation is very closeby, but we took a lot of times buslines 1, 5 and 040 around the corner actually, since the busplace is even closerby, takes you also to the main-center and you can use the 5 days Athenas travelcard for it as well.

The area is amazing really, the house is probably the cleanest I ever lived via this application. The host is a very kind gent.

Mr Dimitris thank you for all. Let me suggest you something, you have a beautiful apartment and newly renovated and remodel, put a better toilet flash more expensive that will work properly. Also try to unblock the toilet sink as not flowing properly. Also throw out the wire hangers it's awful and buy wooden even plastic. EVERYTHING else was TOP notched. Kind regards.

Fully equipped kitchen, nice interior. Host very helpful:)

I know that in Athens toilet paper is often needed to be through out to the bin but..... it is an inconvinient thing. We were there for 2 night so no issue but for longer stay that can be a defect.

Amazing apartment.

The apartment was bigger than expected and super clean. Metro is 10 minutes by walking and near the house there are some restaurants and cafe. Dimitris was very accurate and gave us all the infomations we needed.

Everything was nice: cozy and quiet location, clear and bright apartment, comfortable furniture, easy check-in. Especially pleased by various stuff like tea, coffee and sugar, hand cream, even a toothpaste (!). Absolutely worth staying while in Athens.

Perfect!!!!

The apartment was perfect. Its location too. It is close to absolutely everything necessary for a person who has come to rest, to enjoy the beauty and sights of beautiful Athens. The apartment has everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. Dimitris is a wonderful, polite and very nice person. For 10 days I am not only pleasantly surprised - I am fascinated. I recommend. On my next trip to Athens, I will choose the same place again.
