Fabulous place!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kumquats. Robert and Jean Yves were very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful villa and the breakfasts were outstanding! It made for a fabulous stay in Bezier.

A place to discover

The host was very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the large room and bathroom very well decorated, a plus for the winter garden in the room. Breakfast exellent. the garden area is nice to rest. The location was very good, just a few minutes from the town centre where there are shops and good restaurants.

Venlige og behagelig modtagelse af værten. Værelset med udestue var en positiv oplevelse, dejligt med mulighed for at kunne lave en kop the/kaffe. Vil anbefale til enhver tid. Værten meget behjælpelig med vores transport til togstationen.

Artistic BnB surrounded by a beautiful garden

The veranda attached to the room was a beautiful place to enjoy an amazing (and substantial) breakfast. We loved the recommended epicerie and restaurants. I felt like I was in a Pedro Almodvar film while staying here, it was so beautiful. The garden cats were a nice bonus!

We honestly enjoyed everything. A small recommendation would be some biodegradable bin liners in the bathroom.

An impeccable host and wonderful garden room, perfect for exploring this vibrant town.

Spacious room with a large bathroom and double shower. Outside dining area perfect for enjoying the delicious picnic breakfast.

A little more storage would be good to make it easier to manage the suitcase.

A very nice stay, even in the heat of summer

A late check in proved no problem and the communication from the host was excellent. Room was very good and although no air con, the large fan proved sufficient even in summer heat. Breakfast provided by the host, was great, delivered to the door, so you had a choice of eating in the room, or outside in the garden. The host was exceptional in the detail he provided plus hints, as this was our first time in Beziers. His recommendations for restaurants were first class

It's difficult to really come up with a negative. The only thing we could think of was more storage space would have been appreciated

Fab Villa

Villa kumquats was a fabulous and clean place to stay, yes it’s not directly in the centre but only a few minutes walk out of the Villa with one road down to the centre where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. It has lovely garden areas with outdoor seating . The host was very friendly and accommodating ensuring that everything was ok and provided a fabulous breakfast basket which could easily feed you until lunch time. We had a lovely terrace seating area to enjoy our breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend the Villa.

Definitely worth to come back!

We had a fantastic stay, no things to complain.! The place is exact as the pics and everything is just so nice. Lovely host, really feel like at home. Love the picnic breakfast ☺️ thanks again for your hospitality!

a beautiful property a great place to stay near the town but a relaxing and chilling garden to sit out in . The proprietress were so helpful. The breakfast was amazing. a fantastic experience.

Villa Kumquats - A beautiful but rare find. Could not fault it. Absolutely Fabulous.

Villa Kumquats is such a charming place. In a good location to access Bezier, the accommodation was spacious, comfortable, spotless & beautifully curated. Great thought was put into the detail and design of the room. We had access to a lovely private garden. We loved the breakfast basket every morning brimming with delicious food which you could have either in your room or in the pretty garden. This was a rare find, an absolute oasis and we will be back.

We wished we were able to stay longer!

The room is lovely, very well appointed and opens onto a wonderful garden where we enjoyed our breakfasts. The hosts were charming and very helpful.

Lovely property, superb hosts.

Great breakfast, basket placed at bedroom door each morning, including bread, croissants, cheese, ham, jams, fresh fruit, muesli, yogurt, coffee. Villa Kumquats located 10 to 15 minute walk from centre of Beziers, check out La Maison Blanche, restaurant 5 minutes from Villa Kumquats, really great food.

These guys could give lessons on how to run a B&B! Perfect

The breakfast was amazing, made to feel very looked after and it was clear they have a passion for what they are doing - a lovely experience.

The separate toilet wasn't ideal but with so many other benefits it didnt bother us at all

Would highly recommend Villa Kumquats

The room was very thoughtfully finished with great quality fittings, thoughtfully chosen. There was plenty of space to relax separately to the bedroom and the bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and featured lots of local or homemade products.

Fabulous B and B with friendly host.

Lovely room decor to a very high standard. Fabulous shower. Large room and bathroom with a small conservatory overlooking the garden. Breakfast is served in their lovely garden. Food was very good and the owner extremely attentive and friendly. Excellent location - very quiet but only an easy 10 minute walk into town. We will definitely be back.

We expected there to be air conditioning but there was a Dyson fan. Thankfully it was not too hot.

Fantastic accommodation in great location

At once quirky and fantastic, chic and luxurious, the Villa Kumquats is all this and more. our room was large with a wonderful glassed terrace, the bathroom would shame a five star hotel. the breakfast, served outside in the garden was delightful, with the thoughtful inclusion of many local products. The location was 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of Beziers.

Fantastic!

The bedroom, the breakfast, the ambience and Robert's elegant and friendly service, charming! The house is wonderful, full of details and in a very quiet environment. The rooms are really nice and tastefully decorated. It has been a great experience. We will be back for sure!

Perfect stay in Beziers

Absolutely stunning B&B hotel, with luxurious rooms, bathrooms and breakfast. Lovely little extras here and there to help you relax and settle in. The host, Robert, is amazing. So warm & welcoming and really has created something special at Villa Kumquats. I really recommend this hotel!

Beautiful property, we had a room with a garden. Exceptional breakfast was served in a garden. Our host Robert was very helpful and fun to talk to. Very good location within a walking distance to historic part of the town. Would definitely come back next time we will be visiting that area.Travel a lot and stayed in many different places, this one is definitely one of the best!

Enjoy life in this little french paradise!

Our stay was great! The host is so friendly. He made our stay a stay we will not forget. You can find great things in the little details of the rooms! The garden is beautiful! It made me really happy just being there and enjoy every little thing there. Béziers is also a very nice place where you can do a lot of things and the food is great! Don’t forget to eat with the host!

Great place to stay with best hosts ever!

Best hosts you can imagine, super friendly and at your disposale at any time. Great style, very nice rooms and a cozy “feel like home” vibe. Breakfast was very various and fresh, as for the dinners we had. We couldn’t have had a better place to stay in Béziers!

Spectacular and sublime location

Wow! Whatever I write can never encompass all the wonderful things we experienced in Robert's villa during our stay. Absolutely incredible place, beautiful garden, large and tastefully decorated room, delightfully large walk-in shower with capsules of oil to add to shower. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had and I've lived on 4 continents and have travelled extensively. The large bath towels were soft and fluffy. The food and wine were wonderful; lots of bio and home-made items. The objective of the place is to cocoon their guests and the layout, the furnishings, the food and attention totally helps to achieve the objective. Wonderful time chatting with Robert also. I would so highly recommend Villa Kumquats, but make sure you have time to actually spend time there and enjoy the surroundings and wonderful food and company. Thanks ever so much Robert for making out stay spectacular.
